My family and I absolutely love Sekai Sushi! The staff is always friendly and the food is always delicious. It's our go to spot for good sushi.
Okay so this is by far our go to sushi place! We have been coming here for over 5 years And everything has always been on point! It also has one of the best happy hours in Mesa everything is delicious and you cannot go wrong with a sake Bomb or two. The staff is also amazing and we love the food every time it’s a def recommendation to friends and fam! Must try’s are the tiger roll and the spicy ramen !!
My friend and I have been getting sushi together for years on the weekends. We're thankful to have found this small spot near our houses. Not too far and it really is the best deal on awesome quality sushi around. The 2 roll lunch special is $8.95 and it's two full sushi rolls of your choice, miso soup, and a soft drink unbeatable. We come every weekend.
Great prices for lunch time. The service is great atmosphere could use a update. The sushi box at lunch was wonderful and the tempura was fresh not made in old grease. The staff is nice and attentive.. good food!

I will give this place a ????? the atmosphere is very pleasant and everyone there (customers and employees) is HAPPY! The food is superb! Do you smell fish? HELL NO because it is so super fresh❤️ This is my go to place to put a smile on my face and enjoy comfort food, beer and liquor too. Great for a date ir a family night out. You will NOT be disappointed. Oh…did I mention the lunch specials are beyond ?!
The food here was phenomenal! All the staff were so friendly. The food tasted just like my mom's and what I had when I was in Japan. I'll definitely be back!
Sakai sushi is awesome! You can get all kinds of delicious foods here. Sushi, curry, Ramen, bento box, and it's all really good. Service is awesome and the sushi chef knows how to roll sushi. I hate when my sushi falls apart lol. This place is 5 stars in my book. Do yourselves a favor and try it. You will love it!
This was our first visit to this restaurant, but will not be our last. I was absolutely blown away by the staff and their attentive attitudes. They were friendly and made us feel like a customer should, valued. Please do yourself a favor and visit this clean, secluded gem of a restaurant. Thank you Sekai for giving us a night and meal to remember.
I've been going here for a couple years and my most recent visit was the most disappointing. My fiancée and I were served our drinks and calamari appetizer, and had to wait over an hour for sushi. No one checked on us - no one asked us how we were doing for 60 minutes after our appetizer. It was clear the waitress forgot to put in our sushi order sheet so the owner did it himself. We were never offer any sort of discount for waitress's mistakes or the hour long wait, seemed like no one cared to check on us. Food was great but the service will keep me from coming back in the future.
