6-22-22Knowledgeable but over worker. One worker Basically walked right through me. Didn't say excuse or move a-hole. Not anything lol. So I your welcome loudly. Good timesWe'll be back. That wasn't a big deal. People just need experience and or training :). I did have 2 experiences with that same employee. The second experience is why I RATED A 5 STAR. her personality and other qualities gave all the difference to me and my wife

I am so upset they scammed me. For one the girl doing the order was rude and didn't even want to give me forks then asked what percentage did I want to tip 15 percent or 20 I said 5 percent for one you aren't earning the tip with bad customer service and also demanding is not making me want to give an optional tip. Then she didn't want to give me my receipt when I asked for it and got it she slammed the window and I saw I was charged for a 5 dollar tip! I never agreed to that and when honking my horn I was ignored. Extremely disrespectful

Schlotzsky's have all but disappeared near where I live. I enjoyed lunch at this location several times. This location was only open for drive-thru at the time which fit my needs.Sandwich was warm, tasty and sufficient serving size. i don't order the meal or sides and just prefer the sandwhich. Schlotzsky's deli meat, dressing and bread are just awesome.

Their sides are little bags of lays chips, they can't even be bothered to offer kettle chips for a side. Also, they seem to be annoyingly cheap about their water. I go hrough the drive through and get a water, but they hand me a lid less tiny little cup of water. When I ask for a lid they said they don't have any for this cup, so then I ask for a cup of water with a lid and they wouldn't give me that either, said I'd have to buy the cup lol. Like really? It's a drive through, and you're handing people open containers of water? At this point I'm imaging the schlotzky execs laughing in their mansions as they use bent over humans as foot rests. Also, I ordered their most popular sandwich, the #1, and it basically tasted like mustard and cheap ham. Idk how this place is getting continual business.I have nothing but negative things to say I guess, and don't think I'll ever return.

Yuck! Today's experience was beyond awful. I usually order in the drive through. But today there was a huge rush. So I went inside for the first time. The young man who took my order was nice enough. He gave me my cup to fill up drinks. Not long after, I heard a voice calling my name. I grabbed the bags and drinks, pleased I could have lunch with my mother and run my errands. I soon discovered that the Cinnabon I ordered was not in the bag and the sandwich I ordered with Lite Mayo was not lite and not very warm either. My Mom lives literally 5 minutes or less away. We tried to make the best of it. But my Mom's Pastrami sandwich had so much sauce, she could not bear to eat it. I called to order another Pastrami, as I did not ask for Lite Sauce. I tell Reyna I will need to grab my Cinnabon that I was not given. She immediately replies to bring the receipt, after telling her I was just there in the dining room.. How Rude AND Unprofessional. How about? Insert apology or acknowledgement for the missing roll. Then asked me to come in and pay with my card because the exp date was incorrect the first entry. The 2nd sandwich was better. We got the roll. But Customer Service from Reyna? ? No. Disgusting. Reyna needs Customer Service training.

Those Italian Calzones were so good! Service was good. We ate here after running some races and it hit the spot! Loved it, would return.

Let me start by saying I love Schlotzky’s, but I’m a bit upset.I came around 6:30, ordered my food, which was so good! My drink, too! But, we were sitting in the porch and the employee locked the only door on us. I paid for larger drinks to be able to fill and take with me for the evening. I also had their baskets and garbage, no receptacles outside to use.Staff would not even look at us or offer to take trash. Didn’t even let us know so we could hurry up and leave, which I would have.Apparently, there is an unsigned change to drive thru only after 7?

See what happens if you ask for an extra hot sauce at the drive thru because they barely put in any in the little plastic container to begin with. Be prepared to receive an unpleasant look or an unbelievable excuse that they ran out. I have been here on several occasions and get some type of flack from the person working the drive thru

If you need to eat gluten free Schlotzsky's has great options. They have gluten free bread for thier tasty sandwiches, they have surprisingly good gluten free pizza. I tried both and was not disappointed. Schlotzsky's is awesome ?

They have really gone downhill. The pizza used to be unique with good crust, good flavor, and not tomato-y. Now it's got this marinara sauce that's smells kind of sour; there's way too much of it, and the crust tastes really prefab. The original sandwich isn't as good as it used to be, either. I thought maybe it was a one-off when I stopped there several months ago, but a more recent stop was the same. I don't know if this has to do with the "rebranding" of their restaurants, but they definitely ain't what they used to be.The staff has always been clueless, in the past I decided the poor customer service was worth putting up with for the food, but not anymore. I won't be surprised if they go under; end of an era, for sure.
