Burnt/under cooked bacon within the same order (see picture) and they messed up our order by not putting sausage gravy or peppers/onions on both of our stackers. Meal still tastes good, but it was a little disappointing this morning.

Just moved to Mesa a year ago and recently found this delicious cafe and bakery. In the first 3 weeks proceeding us discovering it, we went 5 times! Everything we’ve tried has been like magic in my mouth. Not that I believe in magic but if I did, this is what it would taste like. I have four boys and we frequent local breakfast spots. Sassy’s has become a favorite. I recommend any of their French toasts (carrot cake and cinnamon roll are our favorites!), their biscuits and gravy (only on Fri and Sat) and DEFINITELY try their unlimited hot cakes! Lots of other incredible treasures but I’ll leave you to discover them for yourself. If you happen to stop by, say hi to Aubri for us! We met today when I stopped by for lunch to celebrate a friend‘s birthday. Aubri was super sweet, gave great recommendations and made our visit more special with her amazing customer service. Everyone has been awesome but Aubri made it extra special today. We’ll be back again soon!

The food! Omg. I had the reuben. Spectacular!!! This place is owned by a food network finalist, Melody Larsen. Top notch food. Cute place. Super nice staff. Restrooms very clean, too. They also cater. Oh, and the smells! Bakery goods greet you immediately. Mmmmm.

First time here, Had the sassy stack breakfast, cinnamon French toast and senior citizens breakfast. All were really good, I chose the green chili beef for the sassy stack. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We'll be back

Great place! Food Network winners for Best carnival cake! Discovered this place after dropping g off RV fir repair. Very neat, clean and stylish. I got Asian salad and he got the senior breakfast special.

The service here is horrible. Rude staff. The menu is also not an enjoyable experience. You enter the line and immediately feel the sense of urgency to order. Then the menu is completely segmented. Have fun trying to piece together the meal you want. It would be nice if we didn’t have to order off a screen 10 ft behind the register, or have to read the entire memo to realize it’s just a bunch of overpriced a la cart options.

I usually don’t like cake but this cake is perfect. The frosting is lightweight and not too rich. The food and coffee is good to!!

We were at the new Sassys on Crismon 8 months ago and the food and service were great. We went there last week, the waitress (with braces) was so rude we should have left After ordering, there wasn't a clean table even tho it was half empty. When our sandwiches came they were pretty much the same filling cooked the same way, we ordered something different. One was a wrap and the other had a bun. The food had a ton of gease and it was not very good and cost us $24.00. As we left there was a sign on the door saying, "Hiring all positions available". In my opinion close your place until you get decent people and the food is good. Several of our friends have had similar experiences. How likely will I be to tell others to eat there or eat there myself again? NOT LIKELY

We’ve been going to Sassy’s for many years and always had a great experience. Today they were super busy and the service and food quality took a hit. My omelette was over cooked and the toast was not even buttered. That toast was an extra $2.00. I had to hunt down someone to get some butter for me and it was frozen. Disappointing.

Delicious food and fantastic desserts. One of my all time favorites.
