If you don't know here's your notice! Get a protein bowl with the chicken in one of the little cups, an egg and fill the big one with cucumbers. Pow... such a nice rounded and refreshing lunch with a cold brew.Love this place <3 Special note... I pick up daily for a delivery service and get all kinds of treatment from all kinds of places and I wish I could pick up here, too. Definitely wish for this kind of customer service from all the places.I never have had a single complaint about this location.
My son introduced me to this fabulous place, and I love it, wonderful customer service. They have great portion sizes of salads, tasty dressings & a variety of different salads to chose from... I could go on & on!!!
Healthy food at an unbeatable price. Only 4 stars since they do make little mistakes pretty frequently. Can’t wait for Angie’s Lobster to open nearby. Great company from what I can tell.
I ordered online and my husband went to pick it up last night. He is at the window and a guy who is very rude comes opens it asks what he wants and walks away and goes back to what he's doing. My husband opened the windowing asking for the food I ordered and he said there's no order. Finally a Hispanic lady said yes there is an order let me get it. After he gets 30 min home I find my order isn't right. The staff doesn't know how to make a Caprese salad which is on the menu and only put my extras on the salad. It was already closed by the time he got home w my food. VERY RUDE STAFF AND CAN'T GET YOUR MENU ITEM CORRECT. NOT VERY HAPPY
This location used to be amazing last year, I got pregnant and could not eat anything so stopped going. I finally had my kiddo and could eat again so decide to go back and I was so disappointed. They seem to never be able to keep their "frozen" strawberry lemonade beyond cold and a slight slush. I ordered ahead and went to the pickup window still waited for my order because their drive through was busy. Went back a few weeks later, waited in line and again was told their frozen lemonade was not frozen :/ went home disappointed. I had also asked for an extra dressing only to find out it was not included when I got home.I was really craving a salad and did not want to drive to a different location so I ordered ahead, confirmation said order was in and would be ready at 4:20 I showed up at 4:30 and they hadn't even started my order. In the mean time cars kept going trough drive through, at least 8 that I counted. I waited around 10 more minutes "for my order to be made" only to have the girl come back to the window to tell me they had just run out of the Buffalo chicken. I seriously was so mad, by that time it had been well over 35 minutes since my order was placed and they could of told me when I asked up for my order but didn't. I'm pretty sure they were not even looking at mobile orders and sold the last portion to drive trough orders while I waited for my order for almost 10 more minutes after being told they were out. I had been given my drinks and it's hot in AZ right now needless to say my once slightly frozen Strawberry lemonade was once again a watery not frozen drink by the time I got into my car. I hate driving further and hate that my once favorite place to eat is not at the bottom
I didn't fully submit my online, so when I walked to the window they hadn't received my order but the staff here made sure to push it through as quickly as possible even when the drive thru line was wrapped around the parking lot. Very grateful as I was on my lunch break. They were very accommodating!
Delicious salad. Large fresh salads, wraps and more for a reasonable cost and $1drinks. I got the Greek Salad and Arnold Palmer.
This location used to have a lot of problems, but they have stepped up their game - proof is that it's been way more than a year since I've had to get a free meal from them - ?I always get a salad with tofu, and sometimes I add a protein plate with tofu, egg and avocado.Their salads are really top notch, and super fresh. The Fall Harvest one from 2021 is a favorite of mine (still have it on the menu this Spring, 2022).
I'm a regular here and normally love it, however this evening, March 21st at approximately 8 pm, I got half a salad, no receipt, service was gruff, rude, and rushed, and they practically slammed the window in my face after I was handed my salad. I keep track of my macros after workouts but had difficulty guessing how much protein i actually got this time since it was obviously not the portion Im used to getting when I order my favorite salad here. Needed to supplement my meal with a protien shake this time. Im not used to this type of treatment here, which is largely why im a regular...let's hope it was just a one time thing ?
On Tuesday February 8th at about 6:00 p.m. I went to the drive-thru and ordered the barbecue whatever salad I asked for no avocado, as I pulled up to the window I hand the guy my card and he has my salad in the bag in his hand. I see him open the bag and look at it and he kind of goes around the corner a little bit trying to be sneaky, but I saw him bare handed scoop the avocado out of my salad and toss it in the trash, when he handed me my card back he even had a smear of avocado on his fingers ha, I still ate it because I was hungry and I have eaten a lot worse when I was overseas in the service. I just hope that dude washes his hands often.
