Ordered Pickup. I ordered a two taco plate with beans and two different salsas. The side of beans was brown water with cheese on top. Both salsa's were thick and tasted very sour or almost like a rotten cheese. The two tacos I ordered were blackened mahi mahi. The fish itself tasted really good, but the sauce they normally use was very thick and the cabbage to ingredient ratio was crazy. Every bite was mostly cabbage. This is the first time that I have been disappointed by the food from this restaurant. I hope that construction and caretaking of the food is looked over more thoroughly for customers in the future.
Horrible experience. We ordered two fish taco plates and the fish was cold and tasted SO fishy! I’ve never had this problem before. We also ordered a kids meal for my son with a bean burritos and sides of chips and fries. Our meals came out but my sons did not. Then they gave us a burrito about ten minutes later and said they were waiting on fries. After 25 min we asked again and they gave us fries that were room temperature. No one cared that we didn’t get our order and wouldn’t give us information on our food. There were a couple employees just standing around too, so the fact that they couldn’t put together a small order is astounding. The manager on duty was in the kitchen but clearly did not have a handle on the staff or the food. Everything about the food and the service was absolutely horrible!
Came in kind of late, stood at the front for about 5 minutes before the cashier came out.Most tables were dirty.Kitchen seemed to be the only people working and they were moving.Unfortunately part of the order came out wrong after telling the cashier twice. When it was replaced it was drown in sauce and still had onion. Didn’t try a 3rd time. Worst fish taco we’ve ever had at a Rubio’s.Will not be coming back to this location. Does not meet the Rubio’s brand at all.
Garbage customer service. Waited an hour for an online order that they never even made. Don't waste your energy dealing with this slow mid restaurant
Pretty busy at dinner time. Good food, pretty expensive but pretty sure I just witnessed the gal packing the food get guac on her finger and lick it then continue to pack food and restock salsa cups all without gloves... The people prepping the food to be packed were fine but this gal looked like a manager... Also she put my order off to the side without announcing my name :/
The shrimp burrito was great but took 25 mins. I had to catch a flight and almost cancelled 22 mins after placing my order. The staff is super sloth slow.
Your food has really gone downhill. It also sucks that you wouldn't honor my $3 off coupon for an entree. I literally filled out a survey I was sent today and got the coupon today. With your prices going up and food quality going down, I will be coming far less frequently to your business. the food used to be so good
Food, service, speed, and cleanliness all good. I will be back. The chicken burro was tasty and the chips were great!
I ordered mahi-mahi tacos and California bowl. Both orders were OK, however, the rice was undercooked. The portion was small though it’s good for lunch. It did not take long time to have our orders ready.The staff was nice and welcoming. I would give 3 to 4 stars for those reasons.
Great fish buritto and grilled shrimp bowl. They were all satisfying. It reminds me Two Hippies Beaches House ! I will definitely visit again
