This is the best burger place if you are looking for a place that has good bang for your buck. Specifically at this location, and in general, I have never had an issue with service. Their food comes out fast, warm, and delicious. They refill your drinks even before you have a change to tell them to fill it up for you. And they have UNLIMITED fries which are so good!! Like I said earlier, is this THE best place for burgers? Probably not but it has a good balance between price and quality. And don’t get me wrong, their burgers(and pizza) are delicious!

Another fantastic burger, Red Robin has the BEST burgers. High five to the kitchen, service was quick and the food was fantastic. Our waiter "Hunter" was over the top. When a glass was close to the bottom he was there, anything we needed, he was there. It has been a long time since we had this level of service. Even better...was that he had a smile and was very personable!! So many of the staff looked like they were miserable and hated being there. I would think workers in this business would realize how much a smile and kind word means to the customer and to the tip they get.

I love coming to red robin since I was a kid. The best are in Phoenix apparently though. The food at this one isn't delicious. My veggie bun wasn't fully cooked and cold. When server took the burger back, it came out similar but least fries were good. My daughter's food was burnt too. Definitely not returning to this location.

Kaylee our server was phenomenal and the food was excellent. I really enjoyed the Island Heat wings for my appetizer. It had a sweet spicy flavor. The Southern Charm burger was delicious with smoky char on the meat and that sweet glaze and the bottomless fries with campfire sauce is always a must have. The star of the night for me was the Sunset Lemonade which the presentation of the drink was beautiful reminding me of an Arizona sunset and the flavors of the drink were fantastic! I went with my kids for Mother's Day dinner and the whole experience was great and I truly felt pampered. Will definitely be back!

Red Robin is a decent place to get a burger. They also have pizzas, sandwiches and entrées of various kinds. Their drink menu is extensive and whether you want specialized liquor mixture, milkshakes or regular fountain drinks, they likely will have something you will enjoy. I have had their burgers extensively, and more recently tried their thin crust pizzas. As a chain, the locations are consistent in format and decor, sporting themselves as an upscale, family friendly, burger parlor. The food is consistent, and the service is generally predictable. They can get busy, and like all restaurants the shortage of staff post covid has seen some impact to service. The burgers are consistently good and the range of options, though narrower than it was 10 years ago, remains a big enough variety for anyone wanting a spicy, specialized or traditional burger. Their milkshakes are above average and I always enjoy them, as they are large enough to share and aren't too syrupy. The pizzas are ok, but definitely not as good as any reasonable pizza parlor. The servers are kind and efficient generally, and I always feel they are attentive as needed. Overall, if you want a sit down, burger parlor experience, this is a good option.

this was the single worst resteraunt experience ever. food was bad over cooked. not sure what bottomless fries meant I assume its your out of fries when you see the bottom. I usually stay away from red Robin since a experience in issaquah wa. but my daughter loves it there. asked for refills atleast 4 times finally got it. asked for lemon for waters had to goto bar myself to get that. pictures are of the bathroom wow great job staff of caring about your place ot work. paid the bill even left a tip better tip would be with 8 people in your resteraunt or 100 treat everyone the same and check the bathrooms they looked like hell but hey they were chatting with the Manger at the food prep area that's probably more interesting

Service was great, the burgers were pretty sad though. Really disappointing for Red Robin, they're usually a pretty reliable option for a burger and a beer. My burger came out like shoe leather, inedible. I had to send it back--which I'm not a fan of doing having been a line cook at one point in my life. It came back out better but by then everyone in my party had finished their meals. Not fun.

Great food, good service, cleanliness not so much on windows next to seat .They did not look like they have been cleaned for weeks. They were smeared with ketchup, little finger stuffs. We arrived just after they opened for the day, so that was not a good sign. Also had silverware with food on 2 of 3 sets.

Haven't been to Red Robin for awhile. My wife and were seated very quick. Our server was with us fairly quick and took our orders. Food came fast and was to order except the fries. They were not extra crispy as requested but within just 2 to 3 minutes a whole order was brought to the table. PERFECT! I will recommend this place to my friends and family.
