This place is old, and feels and looks like it needs a good cleaning.When my food came out, my fries were barley warm. I had to ask for new fries. When I got them, I was not impressed. Neither was my adult daughter who was with me. I think they had the oil temp wrong because they were not crispy, just hot.Service was fine, no issues there.I was reminded why I stopped suggesting we go out here for $15 burgers. I doubt Red Robin corporate would be happy with what is happening at this location.
We always come here for the birthday deal and the staff are super friendly and professional. Not to mention the burgers are to die for! I personally love the sweet potato fries with any order. If you can't decide, definitely go there more than once so you can try everything!
I ordered the smokehouse brisket burger and it was about $15. There was maybe 2 teaspoons of the brisket spread over part of the burger. If I am honest there was barely any brisket for the size of the burger, so I was disappointed because that was the whole point of ordering that burger. My burger also came out to the table barely warm enough to eat, and my fries served with it were cold. The floor had a lot of trash throughout the dining area, and the bathroom was also filthy. One good thing about this visit is that their Mac and cheese was not the boxed krafts Mac and cheese.
Went in for my birthday burger. Service was quick and friendly. The buger was fast in coming, but was fresh and very good. Try the Royal Burger if you haven't had it. Sweet potato fries were perfectly cooked and the lemon cake with raspberry drizzle is yummy. Supper meal!
Had a pretty good meal, ordered more fries and Mac N Cheese at around 8:15. after 5 or so minutes the manager comes out and says "sorry we're not making any more fries tonight." I guess they were closing early, but I paid for bottomless fries! My Son's mac n cheese the 1st batch looked like craft from the box, the second came out normal with the bigger macaroni and a cheesy sauce.
Friendly staff, clean tables, and tasty food. Ask for the sweet potato fries to be extra crispy, You won't be disappointed ?
I love Red Robin! The fries are flowing, the service is great, and the food delicious. They have highchairs for littles. The food came quickly. Our buns on the burger were a little hard. The server was able to keep the fries full and my little one was so thankful.
The food is good as always. I always love the Poppin Purple lemonade, but this time I also got the Sand in my Shorts alcoholic drink. That was really good. Plus, our waitress was very nice and beautiful, and had a beautiful name too. Definitely recommend this one.
I came to this red robin as a curbside pickup. I was pleasantly surprised at the speed that they brought my food with. As always Red Robin has been and will be one of my favorite burger joints and I will continue to recommend any Red Robin see those who have not yet enjoyed their delicious food. This one is also conveniently located right off the 60 and Stapley Road. Go there enjoy some delicious hamburgers.
