Customer service was excellent. Quick service. Drinks were great. I just wish the rolls were more filling. They were kinda small from most sushi places I've been. I will be back!
Not the same as a couple years ago. They now tout being owned by Benny Hana. That's a big downgrade as far as I am concerned. Quality of food low, real small portions now. We won't be back.

I had a bad experience at another RA sushi restaurant, so the manager gave me some coupons for the chain. I understand places are understaffed, but our dinner was a disappointment, and before discount it was $150 including three drinks.The rolls were a mess, the tempura I ordered came out in a roll that was stone cold when I was expecting a hot appetizer and we had to ask for place settings, soy sauce and none of the food was better than mediocre.They seem to have put all of their energy into the atmosphere and not much into everything else. There are many cheaper and better places to go for sushi and Japanese food.
This place is terrible! I’ve never experienced such distasteful behavior in a business establishment such as this! Me and my husband came in for a quick lunch and we’re treated like trash.I was given dirty water, there was food particles floating around in the cup luckily I didn’t drink it. My husband had to go out to our work truck to get me a bottled water. The wait staff stood around and gossiped more than worked, we sat there staring at them all, said excuse me multiple times to multiple employees and we were given dirty looks, eye rolls and then ignored. Then suddenly they would walk over to wipe down tables that were already clean and noone was using, mind you there were only 6 other tables besides ours! This is the second time we came here and the first time it was pretty bad service also. I’ll never come to this location again. I felt very discriminated and uncomfortable. The manager came out to speak to us before we left after we asked for him 3 times and waiting patiently, our quick lunch turned into almost an hour during this slow time of 120- 215 -it wasn’t busy at all. When the manager came he apologized and said he was going to bring our check which was only $24 I asked if we could just get our check asap because we were ready to leave he then came back and said he would cover there check, not sure why he did that it didn’t change the discriminating treatment we received. My husband and I work hard in HVAC we were a little dirty just because were in work clothes, but that shouldn’t make a difference it doesn’t give anyone the right to mistreat us we work hard and make good money, and we’re good tippers too! I’ll never be back here and I’ll make sure to tell everyone what happened a this location! Wish I could give a negative 5 stars! I even have a video of the staff and the behavior, wish I could post it ??♀️ they couldn’t pay me to come back here!
This review is long overdue. We were in for a birthday in February and had the pleasure of meeting Ryan Jordan.This individual clearly Demonstrates the ability to lead and manage any caliber restaurant in which he chooses. If I were Still recruiting for a restaurant in which I was general manager in fine dining. I would have picked up this individual in a second, his attention to detail is impeccable.. He picked up garbage off the floor wiped off tables filled drinks before people even had to ask.Ryan Jordan is clearly a cut above each individual working in this restaurant. I truly hope you know what an asset you have.
Heating lamps outside to stay warm on cool nights. Customer service was very nice.

Great experience and great food! The spicy chili garlic ramen was delicious and had lots of flavor, the tea was the perfect temperature, cream cheese wontons were delicious and just the right balance, fried zucchini was crispy and great paired with their spicy mayo (make sure to come before 7pm... this is now a happy hour item), and the server was very attentive. Special thanks to the Manager David for ensuring we had a 5-star experience and for making sure we'll be repeat guests.
