Ordered our food. Got parked due to no fries. Waited 20 mins. Then when I go in no one knows anything about my order. All the young kids working there are walking around in a daze. Also I'm not the only parked car.. I ask for a refund 3 times. Finally after the 3rd time the manager tells me he can't refund me and I have to wait another 10 mins for them to make my whole meal. Worst service ever at this location. Won't be back..
We went to the drive-thru did not get things on the order that we had paid for. If you want to order something else when you get to the window they do not do that. The manager was less than helpful and sometimes the employees reflect the management. I would recommend you use a different Popeye's Chicken location
Been going to the store since the first day was open. Over time it's gotten worse with dry chicken and poor service. Lately I ordered eight piece family meal. When I got home the cold coleslaw was upside down leaking all over hot box of chicken. This time I specifically asked them to put the cold coleslaw in a paper sack to the side of the hot chicken. When I got my order I opened it up and once again the coleslaw is upside down dripping out onto a hot box. Never going back there again. I will drive to the new one in Apache junction before I go back there.
I usually really like Popeyes. Tonight was a frustrating let down. I was so disappointed.I used the mobile app to order the Chicken Strips and Shrimp combo with fries and a biscuit. When I got there to pick it up I was told it would be about 3 minutes because they were waiting for the blackened chicken strips. No problem! I ended up waiting over 10 minutes so when I got home the shrimp, fries and biscuit were cold. Cold fries are disgusting!! Then I saw a sorry excuse for blackened chicken strips (see attached pic). They were so small, they fit in the palm of my hand. So I had to get out the measuring tape. They were only 3.5 inches.The chicken strips were tiny, most of my food was cold, I didn't get the correct sauces and I had to wait 10 minutes. Utterly disappointed!!
If the food wasn’t so good we would never go hereWe frequent this location usually on Tuesday, and or Thursday due to its location and we finish soccer practice directly across the street. They have the worst customer service, every single time we go through the drive through, we end up having to go in anyway to retrieve our items they didn’t give us, while meals most of the time. Then they act like I’m trying to steal food from them even though I have my receipt showing I have paid for my meals!
Horrible service!!! I ordered a 5 piece chicken tenders meal. It made me very sick! I called Popeyes & they asked if I knew if it was their food. I said yes then they proceeded to say what did I want them to do about it. They told me to go to the hospital because it’s none of their concern that I got sick from their food. So then I asked for corporate number & I got hung up on. This is ridiculous!
The restaurant was very clean and the staff was super friendly. Service was good and the food came out fast. I ordered one of the chicken sandwiches that everyone had gone nuts over and honestly I thought it was just ok. I certainly wouldn't have stood in line for hours for one! Next time I'll go back to the chicken tenders....always good! The frozen strawberry lemonade was outstanding however! We enjoyed our food outside at a sunny table.
Doesn't participate in Popeyes delivery, and often opts of of certain promotions. No problem with the food, though. Some employees could get more training on the drive thru side. Overall, still positive enough I only struck 1 star.
Always check your order before you leave! Went through the drive-thru and we were missing food. Since the dining room is closed I had to walk around to the drive-through window to let them know I needed to speak with somebody. They sent someone out explained to her that our meal was missing the biscuits and that it was supposed to be spicy and they had given a mild. When she gave me my order back now it was missing even more items and we have to go back for a second time to correct the issue.
Little slow but food is always good. I love the sweetheat sauce on my tenders. Got all this for $9 via the app. 6tenders 2biscuts and 2 sides.
