I wish I could say that I liked it but... every meal we ordered this time (3 in this case) had something wrong. 1 meal had missing items that were charged, another had over cooked chicken, and all the biscuits were day old dry tasting and slightly overcooked. This is the third time at this location that there were major order issues. On the good side, their shrimp has been consistently good, especially for the price. Tempted to drive 3 extra miles to go to the next closest location, which has a better track record. Personally prefer other chicken establishments above this.
Ordered on the Popeyes app. The order was missing a sandwich: didn't notice until I got home. Food is good just check your bags for all your food.
Terrible. Zero customer service waited over 20 minutes for them to give my order to someone else. Mistake understandable but told me I would have to wait another 20 minutes for another order didn’t offer to throw in anything for my troubles or show any kinda concern. Just oh well it was someone else’s fault because the dude said he’s to the order. Did they ask his number or what he had. The guy in the back made that suggestion afterwards like duh. We have had a nothing but terrible experiences at Popeyes the last 3 times but this takes the cake. Won’t ever be back, and I know to employees that means nothing but as a company this is pretty rough.
I've been computer savvy for over 30 years, but the app for Popeyes really needs a lot of help. It doesn't even show a full menu. So you're better off having to stop at 1 of the stores to find out what they actually do sell. I had never been to Popeyes and I went to 2 of them. The food is fresh and wonderful and the people behind the counters are fantastic. Luis and Diana at the Higley Road location and Brandy at the Power Road location all need deserve commendations. Thanks for your great service!
Whoever be on the clock around 8 PM needs to be fired immediately , point blank period. Every time i come through to this popeyes they always seem to be messing up on my orders , how in the world you gonna give me one drumstick wing and a bunch of thigh wings ??? The math ain’t mathing. Count your days popeyes , the next time you give me spicy wings instead of MILD , i will bring my collection of roaches and let them eat each and one of you up on the clock !! DINNER IS SERVED.

Ordered 10pc family bundle.Requested no breasts - checkRequested half spicy, half regular - missedThere was screen to review order and after informing the staff of the order, advised of what i saw on the review screen, staff said they got it and would tell me the total at the next window.Confirmed again of my order.Got home and spouse discovered order did not have ANY spicy.The chicken still great because it was fresh and moist. Biscuits were fresh. And mashed potatoes and coleslaw were seasoned appropriately....thus why it gets a 4...if ive verbally confirmed it 3times, i expect it to be correct. Thankfully i thought ahead and asked for hot sauce before driving but i wish i had caught this error prior to leaving the lot.
Out of shrimp, out of cocktail sauce and others, out of pies and deserts. They don't tell you they don't have sauces until after you get your food. Then they ask for the food back to just refund you. Absolutely abysmal customer service. Get it together Popeyes
Needed to use the bathroom after a long drive and walked up as they were closing the lobby, wouldn't let us in. Had to go through the drive thru only for them to be out of many items and then we waited 30 minutes in our car (still needing to use the bathroom) for our dinner. When it came out the drinks were missing and we had to wait some more. Food was ok, seemed like it had been sitting for a bit.
Started off 5 stars till I realized they didn't give me what I ordered. I've been to Popeyes more than a dozen times and never once have they gotten my order correct. I'm done with this company. Chick-fil-a for now on.
