BE CAREFUL GOING HERE!!!! It deserves a 0/10, They served us all 6 chicken tenders RAW!! Who does that? Absolutely terrible, this location is by far the worst Popeyes out there. Please avoid it at all costs. We ordered through Uber eats, never again. Please double check before eating.
Love that chicken from Popeyes! ?Popeyes has really good chicken. I really only eat here when I have a coupon and I always order the same thing unless, I don’t. The three piece spicy chicken tender mean with Cajun fries and an extra biscuit is my go-to. They hook it up with sauces for the most part but it also depends on who serves you at the window. The best sauces are blackened ranch and the bayou Buffalo, fight me about it.Pro tip: if you go late enough they might upgrade you from a 3 piece to a 5 piece or something, but it just depends. ?
Why does this location never have what I want!!! Came through the drive-thru and I wanted a 24 pc nuggets and was told they’re out. So I try and order spicy tenders and they’re out as well!! Then I’m told I can wait for more so I say ok and literally 22 minutes later my chicken is ready, do they bring it to me??? Of course not I have to get down and get it!!
Foods always good but like all mesa drive thru you'll wait 20 min at a min. Orders are wrong 75% of the time be it a missed item or completely wrong entree. They cut their chicken tenders long ways to make 3 tenders out of one. Wish mesa had a better popeyes, always craving it but ill stop here wait 25min and the order will be wrong almost always so I never stop by. Did today got 3 wings instead of the 5 piece strips but paid for the more expensive order. Probably for the best places like this make you hate going there so much.
Day service compared to night is SO different. In a great way. The counter cashier, cat was excellent. Very helpful and polite. Service was fast, chicken was hot and fresh and she suggested the strawberry frozen lemonade! Which is now my new favorite.I'd suggest coming during the day. You will thank me later!
This is a Popeyes that is located inside of a Circle K gas station.It’s across the street from another Circle K gas station which is across the street from another gas station called Quiktrip lots of gas around hereAnyway my point is that there is an opening between the gas station and the restaurant that you can walk into even if they don’t want you to.I did that a couple of weeks ago. Even though there was a sign on the door stating drive-through only considering I don’t have a car I was hoping that a customers presence might bring out the best in the employees and they might just sell me some food and let me leave with what I have came to buyInstead they’d rather argue with me about where I can stand and what I can do considering they’re not supposed to be taking in-store patrons.So what does this let you know? That the employees here are nasty tempered individuals that would start a fight with a customer over some chicken while they are at a job that sells chickenThere’s a word for this but I can’t use it on Google without getting the review taken down. But anybody with some sense can figure it out
The chicken was crispy and not greasy but a little flavorless/needing salt and spices. The little wildberry beignets were raw. The outside looked done on one side but the raw, stretchy dough oozed out on the other side. I didn't return my order because I was down the road and had an appointment. Plus, the area is plenty sketchy so I wouldn't want to tick off the cook and get something worse. I just won't go back to this one.
Store has a lower review than what they deserve. Customer service is on point at this store. Was in and out with my food pretty quickly and they said they were sorry it took so long. My order was complete and I got the right food and everything. Can't expect the same from some other fast food places. Plus they have the best chicken sandwich that's second to none! Great staff!
Popeyes chicken sandwich can be simply amazing… but sadly getting a good one is 50/50. This store’s dine in is closed… drive thru took over 20 mins.. and despite getting 3 sandwiches and fries, they charge for more than 2 sauces. Very disappointing.
Customer service horrible and the food was cold and not cooked. The staff laughed and rude. I enjoy popeyes my son and I and this is the seco d time i had a bad experience at this popeyes. I tried to avoid going to this popeyes and go to the popeyes in Tempe, but i wanted to try this location one more time and i received the same service before, not pleasant at all. My food was cold. Please work on customer service please, customers come first. To much wasted energy on being rude! Postive attitude and the best to have in life.
