My family has been coming here since way before this pandemic and always has a good time. My kids school even had fundraisers here, but now with the pandemic their prices have shot up more than others, their games still don't work or are over priced, and their customer service has gone down... I watched as a manager, I believe, held a conversation with some customers just about as long as we were there to order, then wait, (even longer because they forgot one of our pizzas), eat, play some games, and she was STILL there talking, then leave.I did appreciate the little girl that owned up to their mistake and try to make things right. Aside from that, PPP has gotten way too expensive without any of the quality. So much so that not only have we switched over to going to another merchant, but so has my kids school.
Saturday night 9pm half of the tile floor was covered in sticky soda not being moped up. We were there until 10:30pm and still not moped up. It was a mess dirty most tables were dirty and dishes everywhere. Bathrooms were messy and gross. The game area had bread sticks all over the place. When we were done and ready to go the guy at the counter wearing the mask with chains on it was super rude. As I went to take the card off the lanyard he said "just give it to me." I was confused and said I'm just handing my hubby his key lanyard back. He said why? Just hand it to me and shook his head in annoyance. I almost called the manager. I understand it was a Saturday night it was late but this is his job and I don't go to places to have employees treat me like that.
It's okay, haven't been here in a while so it was new to me with the whole process of it. Love the card thing once I got it going and love that I don't need multiple and it keeps the tickets on the card for you so you may build it up. The games where fun my kids loved them. The pizza was okay use to be really good but not sure what happen. I had the wings they were also just okay for me the food was a lot better back then but wouldn't mind coming back and playing the games. They also took down the little jungle gym they had but COVID might had to be the reason for that.
Employee ELAINE is amazing! She is welcoming and has excellent customer service skills. I've never seen an employee so high energy, positive and caring for their customers. Please hire more people like her! She's awesome!
It would have been a lot better if the cashier told us the buffet was ending. We paid for the buffet, got our kids and table situated, went to get food and they took it down. Half of us didn't get to eat and we paid for it. Biggest waste of money and we will definitely not be back. Go somewhere else. Also there's no playground, only arcade games. Just wasn't worth it. Spent $82 on food and $15 on games. We should have gone to Chuck E. Cheese I guess. The only reason I gave 2 stars was because my daughter had fun.. Us adults were not impressed with the poor service and paying for food we didn't get to eat.
Pizza was decent. Games were limited and not giving out very many tickets. Over all the 4 year that had a birthday enjoyed her day!
Kids love it here. Big place, nice staff and good food.?
It was a little too cold, but that seems to be the norm for this place. Everything else was as expected. Good food, loud, and busy. I was there to attend a birthday party ?. I'll go back there next time there is a birthday party that I'm invited to.
The birthday party attendant was attentative and all the kids had a good time ?
Got our take-out order correct and the pizzas tasted as good as always. Note, in-house dining was extremely busy on a Friday night, most likely the same on Saturday.
