Had not been here for a while and after coming here I know why!!! Food is BAD! The chicken and rice were OLD tasting and the rice was crunchy (not good). Floor and tables were dirty. How hard is it to make prepackaged food and The food must have in freezer for 6 months.We paid with cash and got a good laugh when the girl taking the order could not figure the change out. Because she had plug-in the $50 bill and forgot the dime, so we got 90 cents in change. The place will be out of business soon.
Was so excited to meet up here today with my dad. We both love Pei Wei and would go here all the time when I was younger. When they brought our food out we immediately looked at each other…when did the chicken start looking like that?! We thought it looked like deer droppings??? portions are suddenly super small and meat looks crazy processed! The menu has changed too:(( no more sushi or poke! We won’t be going back:(
Portions are small for the price, but I guess that's just reflecting the current inflation problem. Fresh and tasty, though not how I remember it in past visits. My grandson seemed to enjoy it, which was my primary goal!

Pei Wei used to be my absolute favorite Chinese food place to eat at. That is no longer the case. The quality of this food went from a 10 from many years ago, to a 2 now. The chicken seems like it’s now dark meat. The flavor isn’t what it used to be, but the main thing is the chicken. The texture and the taste is just disgusting. I ate at the Pei Wei in Queen Creek over a week ago and now I’m eating at the one at Val vista and baseline today hoping it was going to be a better experience. Sadly it was not. I am officially done with Pei Wei.
Wow - this place has really gone down hill.The portions are tiny and the prices are way up.No plates or silverware.It’s all plastic.Horrible.AND they didn’t have the usual dressing for the Pei Wei Spicey Chicken salad. They used to have a delicious vinaigrette now all they have is disgusting ginger liquid.And the girl behind the register said “oh yeah, they discontinued all of the good stuff”.
This location used to sell great food but over the last 5 years it has gone down. If I order stir fried rice, they don't make it. Instead they just pour whatever meat sauce I get all over the rice. The stir fried rice use to be dry and made perfectly. The meat is always over cooked and filled with oil.
Super small chicken pieces in my meal. Also they served us room temperature pot stickers. Horrible experience.
Never again. The portions are sooo small.Got the pumpkin donuts and were disgusting. Tasted days old. The dipping that came with it was a complete joke. There was barely any and it tasted rancid. I have a feeling the kitchen is nasty.
Gross. Ordered our food and couldn't find a clean table. Had to ask for a rag so I could buss my own table. Yum Yum shrimp were not good... Tasted like they sat out a while. Firecracker chicken had way too much sauce and was super greasy. Cherry Coke was flat. Got locked out in the outdoor seating area, had to bang on the door to get back in. Overall, poor experience and the food was no better than Panda Express. Won't be back.
