Employees took food order and payment but had already turned off ovens and thrown away breads. This all occurred before stated closing time. Only response was to refund money which takes 3-5 days minimum.
Slow and the front cashier was rude beyond belief. Zero customer service ability!
Wanted hot coffee and the kiosk said sold out. So I ordered the only option and said that I wanted hot coffee to the gal when I was picking up the only option available on the kiosk. She said that it's available to order at the counter, not kiosk. Not happy with that but the gal was very sweet. Then the other half of my order wasn't in, so I stepped back to the rope and the supervisor yelled at me to get on the other side of the rope. I know her name, but won't use it. I've been at Paneras all over and this one was the most disappointing.

Chaotic environment, kiosk was barely functional. Couldn’t add milk to coffee on kiosk so I asked counter girl for some milk at pickup and she balked at getting me any initially and then delivered a thimble of milk for a large cup. Seriously? This is among the reasons I stopped using Panera, but captive audience in an airport they can do as they please. Coffee was fair, but don’t count on them helping and you can’t take care of anything yourself- because they keep everything behind the counter. Make up your mind. Either allow us to do it ourselves or provide better people. And please get better functioning kiosks.
The kiosk at the front was difficult for me to to use but the two young ladies at the register said they could help me at their register. They were very generous and helpful and made my purchase easy while the prices are high at this panera, I'm sure it is just because of it being the airport.
I’m sorry to say it customer service is bad here the girl was yelling Aryana something like give me tops the girl from the kitchen was throw on the tops on the floor and she was putting the top of people ‘s drink unfortunately one of the customer was me . Airport location was sold out of just about everything. Ordered one item and it took twenty minutes to get it, so not too thrilled. Overall, I usually love Panera.
Horrible food.
