I'm absolutely not sure how many times they can mess up your order before you just quit?! I just keep not learning my lesson with them, it's just absolutely the most ridiculous thing ever. The worst part is when they screw up my order it's always something I can't eat like today, it's a turkey bacon sandwich. I do not eat pork.Long story short, I just hope I stay away for longer than I did this time period. It's been 6 months since I last ordered from them, I thought maybe there might be some change but no, there's not.Just make sure that you check your order before you leave, I mean it's just the most ridiculous thing that you have to do it's like going through Taco Bell.
I got the opportunity to use my Panera gift card that was given to me by my sister-in-law. I didn't think that I was going to get to use it anytime soon. But I was on an outing with my housing specialist to look for housing and we needed to stop for lunch. So I suggest the Panera because I had the gift card. It was a perfect idea. I was able to get a half sandwich and soup for just about $10 and I added a zucchini nut muffin for dessert bringing it to just under $15. Which was just exactly what was on my gift card. Talk about providence. My lunch was absolutely lovely, and since I carry a cane I was going to have difficulty getting my lunch to my table. But the Panera staff were gracious enough to carry my tray to the table for me so I did not have to try to balance the tray by myself. So thank you for that. The food was delicious, the service was divine and it was a very lovely atmosphere.
Food was pretty good..but felt dirty eating there. The dining area is filthy. There were rags and cleaning bottles left laying around in common use areas. Under the soda/drinks area there was a lot of trash. Trash cans overflowing, and lots of dishes stacked up. We did not visit at a busy time either. Need new management and better staff training. Would not visit this location again due to how filthy it was
Maybe put delivery orders in a bag so customers/drivers don’t have to carry a bunch of individual food and drink items around. It would also be nice to receive a warm flatbread insulated by the bag so it isn’t cold on arrival when it’s 50 degrees outside! We’re ordering food that require utensils and straws, not just a pile of crumpled napkins taped to the outside of my pizza box. Do better…
I just left this location and I have got to leave a review. I had the most pleasant experience with Dicleri! She is hands down the best employee that has served me at this location. She is just so nice and accommodating. She's always smiling and just being a great human being! This world needs more Dicleris!

Soup was terrible.Ordered the 10 vegetable soup, only had one vegetable.Onions.Nothing else.It was so bad that the only reason I gave it a star at all is because the bread bowl was good. So was the soda...I'd recommend store brand canned soups over the soup at this location.
