I ordered a Napa Almond Chicken Salad Sandwich; the bread was so hard that I could not even bite into it so I decided to eat the Chicken Salad with a fork. Upon opening the bread, there was a tiny dollop of Chicken salad and there was more grapes, tomatoes and a ton of lettuce. I am not a vegetarian and this sandwich was an utter disappointment. Panera should check on who is making these sandwiches, I would be ashamed to own a business with food going out like this.

I went in for a lunch break. I really ever try Panera because of the prices and the weight but I decided to give it a try. I ordered one of their pepperoni flatbread pieces and was disappointed at the quality. The sauce was old, pepperoni undercooked and cheese barely melted. I'm new to the State of Arizona and it seems that nobody in this state can cook. Disappointed thus far with every restaurant I've tried with the exception of two.

Everyone is friendly whenever I stop in.Food is always tasty and, IIove that I can customize my orders pretty much however I like.I usually get take out and even if there are a few orders before mine, my food is always ready fairly quickly. My only complaint would be, more croutons! Lol

If you order for take out, make sure you check your order before you leave. On 4 separate occasions they have checked the item as being in the bag, but it wasn't. When I call they give the phone to the manager who tells me to let them know next time I come in.Why is the burden placed on the customer to make it right? I was promised twice that my account would be credited and it never has.We use the app to order and pick up, and yes we always tip.

i ordered the Asian Sesame Chicken salad (large). It once again had one thin slice of chicken. What a rip!!!

I’ve already talked with a manager and called corporate today. Then I go to eat and find this tiny sandwich! ? The woman handing out orders with the stupid little pigtails is rude! She refused to give me a fork the first time I went in (my chicken salad falls out and I like to eat it with a fork, she laughed at me questioning why I was going to eat a sandwich with a fork) then today she laughed at my name! To add to the insult I came home, opened my sandwich to check it and find that’s there’s practically no chicken salad!!! $9 and I got half a sandwich! WILL NOT RETURN AND DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

The place is clean, the food is good, and the staff is pleasant. I got a vanilla cinnamon roll. It was very good. I am, however, always surprised when a cinnamon roll is served cold. That's just me, I guess! There are a variety of different iced teas available. I like that!

We travel around the country fulltime, and have eaten at a lot of Panera's. This one is one of the largest ones that we have been to. It was clean, wait staff friendly, but the food was a little less tasty than most. It was good, but not quite to the standard that we expect.

Had breakfast here with my husband. I have to say the food was delicious and the service was great. The place was very clean and not too crowded so I felt pretty safe eating indoors here without a mask. Love their bakery items! I had a bear claw and it was delicious!

soup was good. I had tomato and my wife had french onion. bread is very hard and no other normal bread was available. When they were still paradise bakery I would get a piece of french bread toasted with jam...can't get that anymore. Coffee was excellent. Too expensive for poor choices. The hard bread thing is normal for these new age style places as well as the unfriendly atmosphere.
