The food at this restaurant is fantastic as Panda Express generally is. The service is typically quick even during high volume times. The parking lot isn’t the best due to the ongoing work surrounding the restaurant, but passable. Today unfortunately I ordered (2) Big Platter Entrees. After paying for the meals I was directed to wait for several minutes in the parking lot area while they cooked up some hot and fresh steak that was the only hindrance at that moment to what would have been a smooth and speedy drive through pickup. After one of the individuals came out to hand deliver my order as well as I witnessed him giving out two other orders to drivers waiting as I was. I got home to find out the the order I ordered was not the order I payed for. I tried multiple times to call the restaurant only to have the phone busy or ringing. Other then this mistake I can say that this location has always typically been on point with my orders and the food received quickly, hot, fresh and delicious.

Food was very good and fresh !!

Closest location to me. Overall 10/10 don't think I've gotten my order wrong yet and the service is pretty decent!

This Panda Express had really good Chicken and green bean dish plus their noodles were very good with a lot of fresh veggies in them

Went to get food and ordered our meals and everything. Asked for two bowls and a large coke. I guess we must not have noticed that they didn’t include the coke so at the window we were confused as we had not gotten our drink. We asked if we could get the coke and just pay for it separately but they said “we cannot ring you up here you will have to go back through the drive thru”. Considering they literally rung us up and we paid for it at that window previously. It seems ridiculous that we would have to go back through the line just to get a coke that we could’ve paid for at the window. Food was good I guess but still wouldn’t recommend if you make a simple mistake such as missing an item on the screen.

I just left this place without my order because they won't honor the free entree deal if you take their survey because it's been more than 30 days. Nowhere on the receipt does it say that. I can't understand why a business would turn away a customer because of a date on a receipt anyway. It's ink. Who cares when a customer uses it? I've had this happen at a few places not realizing that I'd missed the expiration date. Don't they put the coupon out there so they will gain a customer? This one does not have an expiration date so it's even more upsetting. It's ok. Panda has been disappointing me for a while now. I think it's time to find someplace else. You lost me Panda, all for $1.50. Also, they are always out of white rice. That's like McDonald's being out of French fries. How hard is it to make sure you have enough? If it goes to waste, oh well. It's cheap. Costs more to lose business.

When I got home I found a hair in my food and threw it away I didn’t have time to take it back and go through the drive through all over again when I called to tell them about the hair they said they couldn’t do anything about it unless I brought the plate of food back in which was already in the trash since I threw it out when I asked what else could be done the worker and manger both had attitude and said that’s all they could do and when I would ask a question the girl would just stay quite without a response. Very unprofessional.

Hours on Saturday night say open till 10:30. Went in at 9:45 and they had about 4 items left and said they weren't making anything else. There was still 45 minutes left before closing and you can tell that they already had stopped way before that. One whole side of the food case was already cleaned up. Bad for business

Ordered a small a la carte entree of some grean bean chicken breast. I always come here and love this place, but today i got home and poured my chicken on a plate and there was only a few bites of chicken. If i wanted a some green beans, i wouldve ordered a side of green beans. Totally disappointed!

Is it protocol for your store to stop making food at 9:30 close the dining area at 10: 25pm and then tell me the drive thru is closed at 10:30? I was told the general manager is Joaquin for this location? When I pulled into the drive thru they began to tell that not all the food was available due to slow traffic in the drive thru? As soon as I mentioned that I wanted to speak with someone in regards to this new protocol I've never heard of at any location they asked what it is I'd like them to make?? How weird was I wrong or is this normal?
