Had a wonderful experience at Chang's. Came in without reservation at around 4 pm and was seated in 5-10 minutes. We started off with appetizer of their flavorful plate of pork ribs followed by entree of Honey Crispy chicken and white rice. The crispy chicken was absolutely tremendous, crunchy on the outside and moist and tender on the inside. The sauce was perfect as it truly tasted like biting into an orange. Was great! Our server Ryan also created to the excellent experience with his A1 assistance. Have nothing but great things to say about our stay. Ample off street parking with handicap access as well.
Worst service I have ever experienced. It took 40 minutes for me to get the correct drink, and for my brother to receive his drink. Phad Thai was gross. This was the worst phad Thai I have ever had. Food took just over an hour to come out. Most likely will not come to this place again. I would definitely recommend only buying the frozen bags of PF Chang’s from the grocery and skipping the restaurant!
Didnât like our table, asked to change a table for 5 at 4:30 but they couldnât accommodate even though the dining room was empty
Food and atmosphere was excellent. The only complaint is we had to wait almost ten minutes for the hostess to return to her position.
It could’ve been better. I didn’t like some things like the duck wasn’t crispy at all, the vegetables didn’t look fresh and it’s plating was super greasy and you could see fingerprints in it . Also the wagyu dumplings are not my favorite in flavor and the shape made it a bit awkward to eat. The service was nice but wasn’t as attentive. Nice presentation of the sushi though, and good flavor but poorly assembled they would come apart very easily making it hard to eat.I’ve been to the PF Chang’s in Las Vegas and had high expectations when I came to this one but the overall experience was underwhelming and not exactly what I was hoping for.
P.F. Changs never disappoints. My favorite dish is the lettuce wraps, they're delicious. The food and and the service was excellent.
It's been 4 years since we've been here. Food was tasty as expected, service was PERFECT! Kenny was on it. We started with dynamite shrimp, followed w Chang's Spicy Chicken and Miso Glazed Salmon, complete with Sauvignon Blanc-Decoy by Duckhorn. Due CV, the Chang's Spicy Chicken was changed from the square chunk looking chicken to thin sliced chicken strips. I hope the chuck style returns as it was juicier than the thin sliced.
We were greeted immediately upon our arrival and seated at the same time. Our waitress was quick to arrive and ask us if we wanted drinks, which were also quick to arrive. Our food was delicious. My only complaint was that the ginger chicken had more broccoli than chicken. It looked pretty, but it was way too much broccoli and too little chicken. The other meal we had was much more plentiful with the chicken. I wish I could have given them a 5.
Started with lettuce wraps, simply awesome. Then we shared some California rolls which we never tried at a PF before but these were good. Not great or the best ever, but I recommend them. The Buddha's stir fry and the steamed spicy chicken were very good and low calorie. The service was exceptional.
