I ordered for a curbside pick up, and we’re supposed to give our car description when ordering. They gave my $100 order to some random person went in and saw my name on the receipt taped/stapled to the bag. They offered for me to get a refund or to have them make another meal. I asked them to re-make me my meal because I didn’t want to have to go anywhere else. All I got was a “Sorry” *shrug*. They didn’t give us the mashed potatoes we ordered, and I asked for a certain ingredient left off of my salad, which they did still include. We have had better customer service at Burger King *smh*

Great food. My steak Medium rare was perfect. Great service, friendly and smiles. Nice atmosphere. Not real busy at 1230p today. Quiet. Music but low volume. Will stop here again.

We ordered 2 ribeye steaks both medium. 1 came out medium well and the other rare to medium rare. The cook on both was inconsistent. Part of the medium well steak was raw! How do you do that. You have 1 job, this is a steakhouse. You should at least know how to cook a steak.

Great food, friendly service. And one demolished blooming onion.

In my opinion, you can't go wrong with an Outback Steakhouse. I've been to this location multiple times and I have not been disappointed. The employees are tolerable and polite. The food is great. I would give a five star, but sometimes it can take up to an hour and a half to get ur food. Good times though.

Was pretty good experience. Haven't been to an Outback in a bit and was wanting some crab legs with the Victoria fillet, but turns out... no crab on the menu for years now! Had to make due with some medium sized lobster tails. Somehow compiled 5 steak knives before the steak tho ?

The overall experience could have been better. The food was good and filling however it is in the more expensive side of restaurants so plan on spending a good amount of money. 30$ easily. The salad croutons were heavily spiced which off balanced the salad as a whole. The steak was undercooked and we had to send it back. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall 5 out of 10

(This 1 star is solely based on my visit from TODAY...not on the other visits I usually have here. I typically don't write reviews, good or bad, but the service today was awful.) I am in the service industry myself, and after work on Saturdays, I bring my kids here. Gives us time to spend together, and I also I don't have to cook dinner after waiting tables all day. So it's usually a win-win. Typically we get sat in Miguel's section, and he is WONDERFUL. He even said hi to us at our table today, even though we weren't in his section today. As a server myself, that is something I also do, to let the guest know they are a valued customer, whether or not they are in your personal section. Our server walked right past us several times after we were sat, and then actually greeted and helped another table that was sat AFTER us, before us. After about 5 minutes she got our drink order, and although we were ready to order as we usually get the same thing every week, she didn't ask for that. She left, and didn't take our food order for another 10 minutes or so. Our bloomin onion was burnt and we barely touched it. She didn't acknowledge that fact, and just cleared it when I told her we didn't want it. My kids finished their drinks, but she wasn't really checking back with us at all to let her know they were empty. So I took the kids/straws out and set them at the end of the table, hoping that she would notice and come refill them. She never did. Another server did after the cups sat there for what seemed like forever. Our original server never came back to the table after that it seemed like. I felt as if she was purposely ignoring us. My bill was right under 87 dollars. I typically tip around 25%, because as I stated, being in the service industry, I get it. I honestly did not want to tip her at all. I understand that there was a spring training game today and it was kind of busy, but when we very first got there, it wasn't busy at all. There is literally zero excuse for this type of service. I didn't feel right leaving her nothing, although I truly felt that her service was worth. So I left 10 dollars. I was not happy about leaving that. Even though Miguel is a wonderful server and I really enjoy the food there, for the most part, I don't know if I'll even be back because it was such a horrible experience today. I guess me and the kids will have to find a new Saturday early dinner spot.

Our waiter Spenser was extremely good!! Unfortunately our steaks were barely warm. Our host asked for an additional cloth napkin and after an acceptable wait a waitress more or less threw about 5 napkins on the table. My husband got up abruptly and went and gave the waitress a piece of his mind very quickly after that a cloth napkin was brought to our host. That shouldn't have happened!

We use to love the outback but the last 3X we have been the food is just not what it use to be. Hubby ordered steak it was full of hard grizzle. Takes forever to get refills on drinks. The wings were just not good either. We won't be back. Spending 80 for 2 and getting subpar food isn't worth it. We won't be back.
