I really wanted to like this place. It has a lot of charm and character. They ended up not having what I ordered. No problem. I asked for the menu again but no one ever came back to take my order. The next thing we knew, my husband got his food. The person who brought it (not our waitress) asked what I wanted because we were a little shocked they delivered his food before my order was even taken. My husband was nearly done before I got my food. The OG Chips were good but one bite of my sandwich and I ended up sending it back and never ate. There were a lot of things on the menu we wanted to try the next time. But now not sure if there will be a next time. I give a lot of latitude on service and food but this time, neither were good. Maybe some time will help iron out some of the wrinkles.
third time here sense Sunday. great food wonderful people. had cheeseburger today and it was wonderful. go visit carlotta, frank and staff. you will love it
I DO NOT recommend this restaurant at all. My family and I decided to try this place out on Wednesday night. Service was awful, food was horrendous!!! Way too expensive for the crappy quality of food. French fries tasted like they'd been defrosted then barely cooked... Grilled cheese somehow tasted spicy and was served with sweet pickles!?

I love coming here but this was the worst experience I’ve had with any burger in my life. The bread on the burger was so WET and OILY falling apart. The meat in another burger was red and COLD. As mentioned I love this place and usually their burgers are really good but I have no clue what was going on with the cook.. I hope the owner sees this and has a talk with the cooks and makes the burgers how they used to be. Owner is a cool down to earth guy. I hate to be writing a review like this but I do it in hopes for the food to become better.
As a server myself, I try to give most places the benefit of the doubt, especially given the state of what’s going on. Upon walking in, I had been excited for the dessert bar which had been advertised as home made. It was Safeway store bought case ($10.00-$15.00) being sold at minimum 5 dollars a slice. They were still in the grocery store containers purchased in. We tried ordering appetizers, they were all out. Soft drinks were given in cans. Only one server on who was gossiping with the cook the entire 10 minutes we were there. We had to yell across the restaurant for straws in which we had asked for multiple times. At that point we just decided to leave. In which they just didn’t care. Do not recommend. Staff shortages does not equate to bad service. Do better.
So we stopped in today. We had wanted to try the liver but it said it was only 6 oz. I ordered the corned beef special. It was nasty. Like it came out of a can. Potatoes were dry , serve without butter. We ordered the baked potato soup and it was definitely over salted with no flavor. Husband's fried chicken was mushy inside and nasty as well. Ordered margaritas and they were overly sweet with absolutely no taste of alcohol. We sent it all back and walked out.Save your hard earned money and go somewhere else.Thanks for your quick response. But I would never come back. I've read many reviews. You need a better cook and menu audit
We really wanted to love this place. This is the saddest kids French toast I’ve ever seen. There’s no mention of bacon, or any other meat, in the description so I’m not sure how we ended up with a piece of bacon. Needless to say, my 6 year old granddaughter ate her single piece of bread and then finished my meal.
Absolutely stellar food and environment. I'm not a food critics by any means, but there was definitely a care and attention to detail put into the constitution of my burger that was unmistakably excellent. The staff were tremendously polite and the karaoke going on during my visit created a delightfully jaunty atmosphere.For those looking for something that will change your life, I wouldn't say this is the place. But if you're looking for something that will make your day better, you'd be hard pressed to find anything quite like this!
Was excited to see this place and give it a try. The atmosphere is great and it is also clean. It is cheaper than other breakfast places I usually go to in the area. I liked the food.Unfortunately, our waitress wasn't very attentive. I think they were short staffed so we tried to be understanding. But she never checked on us once during our meal, and we waited almost 10 min to be checked out. It wasn't super crowded, I just think she needs to work on time management. Luckily, another worker noticed and took care of us. He was friendly.I would come again and would still recommend to others.
