Always have had a great experience going weekly to get a açaí bowl. Today I went in and ordered my usual. As I was waiting for my order 3 woman were sitting there one got up and was not happy after she pulled a very long piece of blonde hair out of her bowl. My name was called I got my bowl walked out and started to eat my bowl on my drive back to work. Each bitter I took I looked at the spoon making sure the same thing didn’t happen to me. After my second bite I saw blonde hair as I was getting ready to take my 3rd bite. I turned around went inside and nicely said there is a piece of hair in my food can I please just get a refund. The girl looked at me and said well I can remake it for you. I told her I’m sorry but I’m incredibly grossed out now and would just like my money back. The bowl was 9.99 and I left a $5 tip. Another girl walked out and said there was nothing they could do for me no manager was in.I’m very disappointed with the service and Cleanliness of that location. Never returned again as being a second customer in a row that hair was in the food they should considered a way to prevent that from happening to any future clients
Do not recommend this place! It’s understaffed and the staff here work as fast as two turtles speed racing. Who is the manager of this place. Avoid at all cost. This is not a place to spend your money at.
Sam, Katie, Malorie Alicia were amazing. Location is always very clean in the staff is always very professional. I usually Doordash but I love to come in and get it personally because the staff is so friendly and the store is so clean. And the food is picture perfect. The fruits are always very fresh and the bowls are a works of art. And they are consistently putting out good service, great food.
A bunch of disorganized ladies working here. Messed up 3 orders in front of us. Took 30 mins to make 4 smoothies.
Staff that works here always has an attitude. Last visit, ordered ahead, got here ten minutes early and the guy complained I was early. There was noone in the store... Today, came in, paid cash at time of order, he wanted exact change, I don't carry coins around. It was 2 cents. He didnt want to do my order. He said he didn't have enough change. I said either take 15 dollars, or ill give you a twenty and you can get the change together. Normally I would kust put it as a tip, but since this guy was so rude, that wasn't going to happen. He didn't even give a receipt, so I could log on my app. Said they don't have paper. It's time to start looking for an alternative . The owners of this store clearly are not on top of things and don't care about the image they project
The service here is always so weird. Sometimes you’ll get a hard worker who wants to do a great job and then another day you’ve got kids whispering and being weird. The music they play here is garbage and vulgar. They sometimes joke around while you’re there sitting waiting for them to make what you paid 30 dollars for… just weird experiences every time.
Sent someone there to get a greenie smoothie for me. They were Told item was no longer on the menu. Therefore they can’t make what was ordered??? Yet I know all ingredients are still at store and you can “build your own” custom smoothies. When asked to help make something similar what I received was a cup of WARM green mush. Not even edible. If I wasn’t home sick I would have brought it back. Consistently bad service at this Red Mtn location.
Love the Juices and Bowls, but the service at this location is almost always awful. Usually takes 30 minutes for my order and the associates are unprofessional and usually have their AirPods in and on their phone before they start your order.
Awful service. Came in with a larger group and was treated like a complete nuisance. Four other parties were served before our order was even started. We waited over an hour and were treated poorly. Rude and disappointing.
Horrible service. Wrong items given. Long wait. Inattentive employees. Would not accept app offers. This location gives all other Nektar locations a bad name.
