The service at this location is terrible. I always do an online order, and every time I go in, they competently ignore me. They wait until 3-4 people also come in, then they go to help them check out before acknowledging me. I normally wouldn’t write a review, but this happens almost every time I go in. It’s the closest location so I’m stuck going to this one, so I’m hoping this helps them coach their employees.

Being new in town I’ve been trying to find good healthy options. I stumbled across this place on google maps and was so delighted. Had a great interaction with Isaiah he was so kind and broke down the most popular items they had. I ended up going with a peanut butter smoothie with dates and coconut flakes. So yummy!!

Called in an order because we were rushed on time. Got here and the 3 people that were in line got their juice before I did and had to wait an additional 20 minutes after that for my order to be done…. Very upset, won’t be coming back again to this company

Great atmosphere and great smoothies. They're a little on the pricier side ($15 total for two small smoothies) but you can definitely taste the quality and I think they're well worth it. Will definitely be coming back!

Don't pay attention to the one star ratings. The smoothies fill the glasses and the small size, which is a great plenty, is around $6, not ten. People forget that servers and managers are not punching bags.Very tasty smoothies and very nice service!

After the generic response from the owner, which must’ve been automated or scripted (they must receive quite a few of these, I’m just not willing to spend $30 every time for drinks and yogurt at a place that has the GM giving extremely bad customer service and not showing any accountability. So, I CHANGED RATING FROM A 2 to a 1. And I’m willing to edit it and say your apology was sincere and you made a bad experience right, if you actually do so. I’ll include some pics of the receipts. It’s pretty unorganized or cowardly for customer service not to respond to my emails about the order in the first place. If Tatiana is that way to one paying customer how does she treat others. How many $30 drink orders are one time guests because of her inability to handle stress. Seriously there were only 2 other customers and the one in front of me said for me to go ahead of him. Take responsibility for who you hire. Maybe if she wrote the apology. I’ve turned many people on to your smoothies and I won’t recommend you anymore Honestly, they aren’t that good for the ridiculous prices. Like I said below plenty of other options in Dana Park and they actually care about their customers! I wish I could give a -5 ⭐️ for the response and lack of accountability. Btw Jamba Juice, Tropical Smoothie , and quite a few other smoothie shops cost less and care about customer satisfaction. It shouldn’t cause someone to have a bad day by entering your doors!Tatiana, the GM must’ve been having a bad morning. So, I gave 2 stars instead of 1 knowing that days like that happen even when customer service should be top priority in their industry. I had made a mistake in ordering online and tried calling 10 times yesterday to correct details (not exaggerating). I stopped in to Nekter at this location only to find unhelpful voices. I simply wanted them to add a note to the delivery now that the correction couldn’t be made. It seem like nobody knew what was going on with my order and they said their phone line was down yesterday. The GM was focused on her other customers and not listening to what I was asking her to do. I wasn’t asking for a refund, because it was my fault the order was ordered on the wrong day. The online ordering system is not clear, but she created an argument that didn’t have to be there and it ruined my morning, as I was doing something nice for a friend with this order that works in the Dana Park shopping center. There are many other choices in the surrounding area. Again I am sure Tatiana was having a bad morning before I came in, but as the GM she needs to put on a smile so that each customer, no matter how small (and annoying) the order is she has them wanting to come back and order again. The rule of thumb: a good experience = customer on avg tells about 3 people. negative experience = customer tells about 10 people. I used to work in the industry and know how hard it is to stay calm. I can empathize. I was on my way to my job and was almost late because of the way things happened when I went in. I would say if you like juice go somewhere like First Watch around the corner on Val Vista, I recommend the Kale tonic. There’s a vitamin shop, Mad Greens, Cafe Zupas (amazing food and house made drinks), Panera Bread (less expensive smoothies and house made drinks); the Hawaiian restaurant (rhumba?); and there are other Nekter locations that hopefully will treat you with kindness. Also, if you do an online order through their website, you won’t get help from this location. Tatiana let me know they don’t check their emails (I forgot to say I did that yesterday as well), and there’s nothing they could do about phones (which they either weren’t answering-today either). And, if you want answers at the location you are out of luck too. It’s actually sad. I got my friends and former coworkers into going to this Nekter location. One of them brought me a smoothie on my last day of work. It bothered and stressed me out enough to post on here after 15 hours.

Loved this place! Healthy options. Good price. Will be back for sure
