Good service at the dining area, bar area service sucks.Food? Its okay, they have no clue what a margarita pizza is lol. I have always been treated good the few times I've gone.. about 4 in total. It's omw home after work and next to my daughter's place so we go enjoy wing Tuesday every now and then. Great service, friendly and great tasting steaming jumbo hot wings. Actually the 2 locations I've visited have great friendly service, this one and the one on Gilbert and Germann in Gilbert. But I've only dined in at this one on Dobson and Guadalupe and picked up from the other location. Definitely recommend
It was Horrible..only one waitress. We had 10 of us. She was seating people and serving them as we sat getting our drinks refilled..very nice..But 4 tables of 3-4 were seated and served meals before we even got our lunches served.My daughter had to leave to go back to a nursing home to care for her grandmother..it took 1 hr after the waitress took our order, to be served. So my daughter and granddaughter had to leave without eating...it made me cry. It was so inappropriate to serve us out of order.I will never go to that place again.
We ordered the bacon cheeseburgers, they were good. Our server was OK, we had to ask her for a refill of our drinks and ketchup and mustard. It was chilly in there, wished I had brought a sweater It was nice and clean in there. There was a separate room which made it nice for the kids.
Came here on Tuesday night 5/10/22 with my girlfriend, my dad (to celebrate his birthday) and my uncle. All of us got food poisoning really bad to the point of being at the toilet all night, been coming here for years and super disappointed. Won’t be coming back and the restaurant should be evaluated.
I love the fact that this place made a mistake and had no problem admitting and apologizing truly seeking to accommodate me for the inconvenience. I give this place a thumbs up for sure. It can be quite frustrating dealing with these establishments when they mess up and they act as if your making it up or you are the problem. Brooke assisted me in resolving my issue and she truly went above and beyond! She should definitely get recognition for being genuinely concerned in helping me. The food was well prepared as well. The food was good, normal grilled wings. They seemed short staffed. Saw 2 of the 3 servers standing around talking while the third was doing the work of 3 people. It is a good place for wings.
I never rate places but I have to say Best customer service I’ve had, being in the customer service industry I’ve never seen such hustle my food is fresh and amazingly delicious
Was visiting AZ. Went last evening there. Service & food was great. Nice family deals. Can't wait to go again next time there.
The wings were good especially because we came at night. Wish there was more seasoning on the lemon pepper though. The staff was also very friendly.
