I had been out running errands and had seen "Native" a few times, so I decided to grab some food and head home after a long day. Customer service was awesome, the lady was friendly and helpful. The food, which had such rave reviews ... mine was mediocre at best. They got my order partially wrong, which I did not discover until I got home. I wasn't impressed - what I received was rather bland. Not sure I will try again, hopefully it's better for people who are able to enjoy a "dine-in" option.

The food here is disgusting. We ordered fish and chips, thankfully its limited time only, chicken parm sandwich, tenders, potato skins and a cookie sunday. The fish was like a shop rag soaked in used motor oil, the tenders were fried so much that there was no chicken left, the potato skins were somewhat tolerable and the cookie for the sunday spent way too long in the microwave. The only decent thing was the chicken parm sandwich and it wasn'r great. $75 worth of food of which most ended up in the garbage.

Surprisingly they don't know how to pluck thier chickens before serving wings.. all of the wings had feathers.. and human hair in the ranch.. just not great..

Went on a Friday late afternoon and was surprised how empty it was. Food tasted great. Ordered the BBQ and teriyaki/ginger wings and both were fantastic. Price with wings, a salad, onion rings and drinks $29.

Well every was fine when I ordered my first drink, it took bout 30 more minutes to ask to order food. Yvette the bartender never gave her name, I over heard it from her regulars, or I assumed they were regulars because thier orders were flying out before I could even order a 2nd beverage, which was empty for more than 5 minutes minutes, and she was walking by and glancing at my empty glass as others were placing orders and receiving them. I asked to order food, she said give me a minute, 10 minutes later I had to close out. Good recommendations from other people, but this place is not for me. Had to leave hungry.

I would love to tell you how the food and drinks were at this Native, unfortunately we were never served any after being there for over 45 minutes. When we walked in on a Sunday afternoon around 2pm, it was mostly empty. 3 tables had people and about 4 tables were dirty and waiting to be cleared. The hostess had a hard time figuring out where to seat our party of 6 even though most of the tables were empty. She kept asking us to give her a minute while she went to the back multiple times. We were eventually sat. In the meantime, 2 of the tables finished their meals and left. After about 15-20 mins and not seeing any server at all, I went to ask the hostess if it would be better if we sat at the bar. My thinking was that maybe there was one server for the bar and dining areas and they were overwhelmed. I couldn't find the hostess. So I went to the bar and asked if it was OK for kids to sit there. A very nice server told me it was fine. Walking back to my table I see the hostess and ask if there is a server for the dining area. She is incredibly confused by my question and when I repeat it she says oh I'll find her. It will be just a few minutes. We've now been here over 20 mins and still have not seen a server in the dining area. After another 5 mins or so, our server (not the same one from the bar so the dining room has a dedicated server who at this point has one table plus our table) comes by and takes our order. We decided to not take any chances and order everything at once so we didn't have to wait a long time in between our drinks and food. She tried to leave after taking only 2 orders when we have 6 people in our party. We had to call her back and explain that all 6 people at the table would like to order their meals. Another 15 mins go by...I suggest to my husband that we leave. We are hungry and I'm kinda tired of looking at all these dirty tables surrounding us and our server had not made an appearance since we placed our order. The hostess decides to start clearing tables. When she gets close enough I ask if it's possible to just get our drinks. Keep in mind it's been more than 45 minutes and we haven't even received a glass of water. She looks at me, makes eye contact and keeps on clearing the table. We left. I know places are understaffed and employees are undertrained but this is a little ridiculous. In the time we were there we saw 2 different groups of people come and leave without being sat because the hostess was no where to be found. We left and went to Uncle Bears where there was also one server for the dining room and patio and a lot more tables with customers. We received our drinks, appetizers, meals, boxes and check in less time than the entire debacle at Native. The host and server were both courteous and friendly and the place was clean and the food was amazing. I highly recommend Uncle Bears! Stay away from this Native.

Went with my father for lunch. The lunch menu could be a little better, but the service was good.

Great customer service great food ask for Holly she was awesome and very patient and sweet she served us today..*****?

Food was expensive. The waitress rang us up for more wings without asking us. The food is good. Friendly and knowledgeable employees. Convenient location. Just did a remodel. It looks a lot better! More inviting!

We try to support local business whenever possible. That being said, we will not be dealing with native anymore. I feel if they offer a delivery service they also need to make sure things are right before the order is sent out. I understand mistakes are made but it becomes unacceptable when the last 3 out of 5 times we ordered my wife had no food at all. To say their operation needs improvement is an understatement. We will spend our money elsewhere.
