Jalapeno ravioli is great, Hummus is excellent. So far everything we tried was good to great. friendly staff, but service is slow. I met the owner and he has been highly understaffed since covid but is trying to correct the issue. the food is worth the patience.Most importantly, you can tell everything is made fresh and with care. at the moment, this place bumped my other two go-to places from the top.
Great Italian and Mediterranean food. Lamb shanks excellent, and so was the lasagna and Chicken dishes. Great service. Dining room next to sports bar that was doing good trade. Live music was good, but our table was too close for conversation!
Great menu and very peaceful and beautiful setting. Love how they can offer quality taste from both Italian and Mediterranean dishes. Sorry, I didn't get a photo...I was too busy enjoying dinner!
I cannot tell you in words how much we LOVE this restaurant. The food is fantastic, (personally love the Salmon bowl with extra lemon vinaigrette). However, the owners and staff are what really make this place 5 stars for us! They have become our family!For example, I had placed an online order just when the power had gone out at the restaurant (not their fault). I had my phone on silent and didn't hear them trying to call me back to let me know they wouldn't be able to complete my order until the power came back on.Well, because we order from Milanos so often, the owner, Mike, personally made a visit to our home to deliver the bad news. He also usually is the one who delivers our food to us, which speaks for what great customer service they are and the heart they put into this restaurant.Highly recommend them! Oh, and they also have the best cauliflower crust pizza and gluten free pizza for those who have food intolerance!
First experience at this restaurant. Wonderful atmosphere and vibe. Food was very good and I'll be back again. The service was swift & accurate. The restaurant was not full, half tables empty. While I'm still eating with fork in hand waitress asks "do you need any boxes to go?" No, I'm still eating. Within 10 minutes, while I'm still eating "do you want any dessert? We respond no. Never asked would you care for another glass of wine or anything else. Few minutes later she sets the bill down on the table. All the time I'm still eating. Very insulting. I understand when a restaurant is full and others are waiting. I'm still not sure what the rush was. There was also a male waiter, I'm going with him next time. That is why only 3 stars.
First time customer.... won't return. I had a phone order, came to pick it up and had aggressive rude customer service. I felt like my business was not appreciated nor wanted. Food was ok. Didn't match the online menu description so that was a disappointment.The 2 star is because of the way I was treated. Food would be 3.
Love Milanos!!! Been going there for years and they never disappoint. The owner and staff are always fun and friendly! The food is wonderful. We were only eating the Italian food and pizza because it’s our favorite but a few months ago decided to try the Mediterranean and love it even more! The salads are fresh and crisp. The pizza and lavosh are perfectly cooked and ingredients are yummy. ? my favorite is the wood fired chicken and garlic mashed potatoes! Chase…you bring us back over and over again with your witty sense of humor! Thank you!
I wonder if the owner knows that their employee declines service to customers 30 minutes before closing. Either you are open until 8p or not. And the outdoor patio IS considered part of the restaurant. This is the 3rd time I've been declined, and only when I express my complete exasperation do I get offered to sit outside. Seriously, I think the owner and the customers both deserve better. This is no reflection on their food. We LOVE Milano's food and have been treated nicely by the management in the past.
Quite a variety of food, not just a pizzeria! Lots of tasty, healthy selections on the menu... Italian, Greek, Mediterranean. Not the best I've ever had but very good!
ALWAYS. a good experience at Milanos !! especially on Sundays when Chase is working . Management /owner always checking in to make sure we are good . If you are there on friday or saturday night - you’re gonna wait ! ITS BUSY !! ITS WORTH THE WAIT!!!! Thank you , Milanos Team, for what you do, and always providing a great experience!!!!!!
