My daughter and I decided to finally try this place out. Honestly the pizza has no flavor. We got the Large Delux Pizza thin crust and a Large all Meat original crust. It was so bland. We ordered the wings Buffalo flavor...only thing that was good. We compared the wings to Peter Piper Pizza wings. We will not be back. Very disappointed.
Best pizza I've ever had, it's a bit of a drive but worth it. Marco's will be our new usual pizza place.
food was good, staff was rude to each other and it felt kind of uncomfortable for us standing there just trying to pay for the pizza we picked up while the manager was barking down the throat of what seemed to be a newer employee. food is amazing but was a little uncomfortable picking up the food due to this rude atmosphere.
I don't really care for their Pizza and if you go inside see the way it's made not in a real pizza oven at least that's my opinion try rosati's or Venezia's that's my opinion
I used to live in buffalo,ny and this pizza was delicious then. We’d rent a movie and walk next door for a zah! Nowadays i live in Phoenix… I seen a commercial and literally need to return it’s been a decade! Super stoked to see there’s still a location! I hope the pie is just as good then as it is now!!
I’ve ordered from this place 5 or 6 times now. Always through the internet. My orders always come on time and are correct. Their pepperoni pizza is amazing and I prefer them over almost everyone else in the area.
I love the pizza but their app sucks. Half the time I can't even get on so I don't get pizza cause I can't get the special cost. I have called and they said they do have problems with the app. Just have a sale on certain days for certain food and I bet you sell more. I would come a lot. I used to get this in ohio but I am just not into having to go on a app to get my food. Make it simple for us older folks.
Incorrect order delivered. I was promised a free corrected delivery the same day by the deliverer and the person we replaced the order with via phone. The replacement was not made and they hadn’t even started the pizza when we called back 1.5hrs after ordering. We were then promised a free pizza + delivery at a later date. When trying to place the order for the new pizza, we were told that the free pizza could not be delivered whether or not we paid for delivery. Overall a hassle but tasty pizza.
I've never tried this place buy have been wanting to for some time. I place an order over the phone and am told that the wait will be about 20 minutes. I get here after about 25 minutes and apparently they didn't even put my order in. They're scrambling to find it then I see them print it out and tell me about another 10 minutes. I didn't even get an apology or even offered a cup of water while I waited. Definitely not good customer service nor a good first impression.
I’ve been at 2 birthday parties for kids with Marcos pizza. Both times I didn’t even finish one slice it was that “good”. Neither looked anything like the one in their cover picture, that one looks real good. Did they change recipes recently? For now I’d rather have the Totinos frozen pizza from the grocery store.
