Long wait but we expected that based on other reviews. The sign in process can feel a little tricky if you aren't used to putting down your name and if the host gets overwhelmed you may have to speak up.The food is amazing though. My husband and I tried several plates and left so full we had to take a nap when we got home. I would say it is worth it.
Fair price good food, I'd suggest doing research on the experience before attending. You're able to get small orders of stuff as to not saturate your table and be forced to finish something you dont like. And gives you a chance to try more things.
Fun experience. Went with a large group of friends. Food was okay. You cook your meat yourself on a grill in the middle of the table. The meat was a cheaper meat than I expected for the price. It was all you can eat but really didn't want that much because of the quality. High end price for low end meat. I wouldn't go back unless my family or friends wanted to go.
Manna BBQ has the BEST corn cheese of any local Korean BBQ restaurant. When they are busy (which is often), the service is slow. I also wish they had bigger plates. But the food is delicious and so worth it! Plus, it's all you can eat! Manna BBQ is my new go-to for all you can eat Korean BBQ in the East Valley.
Food was good, service was alright (language barrier and lack of attention from the waitress made ordering and asking for refills difficult). At times we had to ask multiple times to get an item that was already written down. Again, I don’t know if it’s a language issue or they just have difficulty with heavy traffic. All the food, meats, and sides were delicious and generous portions so there’s no problem in that area. Also, the wait time can be ridiculous as they have you write your name and phone number down on a piece of paper and the lady managing it skips around. My name was 2nd in the list, yet I literally saw her take 4 people in that just arrived. They asked her if they need to put their name down on the list and she seats them before me and another party that was already there way before. This to me was unacceptable and since I had driven at least 30 miles to eat here and didn’t want to leave and disappointing my partner we stayed.Overall, if they can just fix these issues, they’d be a whole lot better.
I love manna BBQ as a chain, but this restaurant in particular has some of the worst service I've experienced recently, I understand staffing shortages and all industry wide but that should not affect the way you make guest feel while they are dining at an establishment. I did not feel welcomed, had to track down my server, I placed an order for another round as soon as we got one placed at the table and waited 10 minutes after the round was finished before the next came out.
I came to Manna while visiting Phoenix from Flagstaff. The all-you-can eat selection was incredible, as were the banchan (side-dishes). Our server, Anny, made sure we had everything we needed and made great recommendations for what to try. If you've never tried Korean BBQ before, Manna is an awesome experience (you grill everything right at your own table), and if you love Korean BBQ then I have no doubt you'll find exactly what you are looking for.
The food was delicious and good service!! Will visit again!!
Brilliant Korean BBQ. I ate 5 orders of beef bulgogi, 1 order of garlic shrimp, 1 order of a marinated beef, the sides and 3x kimchi. Super service, i mean really really awesome service! I eat here for a lunch time. 35 dollars with a nice tip total for me.
The food was of good quality but to be seated was slow
