I took my family to Mexican to honor my husbandâs one year anniversary of his passing. He was from Guatemala and loved Mexican food. It was an amazing authentic meal that helped us all heal and move on from our painful anniversary.
The food had no flavor. Iâve had the chopped salad with steak many times, and it has had flavor. Others had chimichangaâs and said the same. I identified that it was a birthday on the reservation, but there was no mention of that during our dinner. It was disappointing.
FULL BAR, separate bar dining VS family dining. Terrible host staff. Always unprofessional. Last time they were too busy chatting to acknowledge customers and customers were treated like an inconvenience. This time the lady openly, unfiltered flipped out cuz my guest had a Walker to support her walking… then ignored everyone and insisted on yawning with excessive noise in front of tables with empty water classes and salsa bowls that other Mexican restaurant hosts would refill (because it is easy and they’re obviously available) …

Macayo’s is always family friendly with delicious food that fits your cravings :) we ordered delivery and everything arrived quickly and hot! Highly recommended checking them out if you like Mexican food!
