Our server was super awesome and helpful! Max, I believe is what his name is. We used to go to the lucky lous in Chandler all the time. We love the place and the vibe.I ordered the honey hot wings and the Philly cheese steak sandwich. The wings were perfect and the Philly was probably the best one I've had in a long time. Tender and delicious!! Looking forward to our next visit.
We arrived at 11:30 am for lunch with a party of two and were seated right away. Server took our drink orders and we also received those within a reasonable time. After that, nothing went well. The dining room and bar seats quickly filled up and we did not see our server for another 15 minutes. There were only 2 servers trying to handle a (now) full restaurant and it was clear they were task saturated. One order was a French Dip sandwich with tater tots and was average at best, but acceptable given it was reasonably priced. The other order was for 9 wings with medium sauce. It should be mentioned that they are baked and not deep fried. They were undercooked, rubbery, and it was hard to determine what was meat and what was inedible. If I was to guess, I’d say they were wings that had been frozen, thawed, refrozen, and thawed again as this would explain the rubbery, inedible texture. I can only give this restaurant 2 stars because they did not mess up the order. We received what we asked for, albeit well below any reasonable expectation of food quality.
Celebrated Mother’s Day with my family. We four had the best food: Ribeye, Grilled Tuna, Fried Shrimp, Lemon Chicken. So enjoyed everything on our plates that we asked to see the Chef. Rick came to our table and we complimented him as Chef, and being very humble, said he was only the Cook and joyously accepted our praises. It was the first time there and we plan to be there many more times.
Busy but worth the wait. Took my friends there from Montana. They loves the food!!
The outside patio area was quite nice. The Servers were friendly and very knowledgeable about the menu. The dishes were excellent. I had the Salmon and it was actually cooked to perfection!Yes I would highly recommend this establishment!
UPDATE: We ate here 1 week later and it was just as fantastic! We tried new items, and they were also so delicious (this time a Cubano and a burger - both were FANTASTIC!). This time we brought our toddler and was so impressed by the kid's menu and the thoughtfulness they had to having kids as guests - a full box of crayons, coloring menu, and a lot of food selections. The staff was also incredibly attentive to our child, which was so very appreciated.Initial review: Oh my goodness, we were blown away by how good everything was!!! We weren't expecting much - we just wanted a decent lunch and they have an extensive menu with solid reviews, so we gave it a try, and we're so glad we did! The wings were EXCEPTIONAL (get honey medium - you'll love it)! And the pork tenderloin sandwich was outstanding!! It was thick, juicy, flavorful and crunchy. It might be the best tenderloin sandwich I've ever had, and I love them so I've tried a lot. The service was great, the drinks were delicious and they even welcome pups on their patio. It was an awesome dining experience! We can't wait to go back.
This was our first time coming to this place and from the moment we walked in we were treated like we have been going there for years. This is the first time since the pandemic I have seen a dinner run absolutely perfectly smooth, the fried foods tasted clean, the timing was impeccable, and the rapid speed of the bussers was amazing. We will be back again!
Bad! I order for lunch a cheeseburger and fries. Got back to work and found out my burger is hard, dry and tasteless. The fries were warm and also hard-ish. My burger had NO toppings. Just meat and cheese. I will not recommend this place at all. Avoid at all cost!
Great little Local spot, good atmosphere and even better food. I highly recommend the boneless wings. Hot is just hot enough to make your nose run! Do yourself a favor and check this place out!
We spent a week at a resort about a mile from this place, and ate here three times. They have a unique menu variety, and everything we got was excellent. The worst thing about this place was that it's so good, it's regularly crowded. Atmosphere and employees were great, good service even with the crowds. I would put this bar and grill in my nationwide top-ten. I crave going back and most highly recommend Lucky Lou's.Try the perogies, Thai meat sticks, and blackened chicken.
