The fish is fantastic but you have to be careful because they must be sure to help because a lot of times you can't get into the dining room it has to be drive through
Used to love coming here but but haven't bought a thing since they decided to be drive thru only
Food was good, employees could have been nicer. I asked for some cocktail sauce and I only got a very tiny splash in a container that wasn't even big in the first place. When I asked about it, she said it is their portion size of cocktail sauce.
As far as fast food goes, there is no better "fast" seafood than Long John Silver's. Now that I think about it, are there even ANY other dedicated seafood restaurants that have a drive-thru? Oh yeah, Pete's Fish & Chips.. They are bomb too, but for different reasons... LOL... Now if there is anybody else, L.J. Silvers would probably beat them out, too.
I visit Long John Silver's when I succumb to my cravings for fried food. I enjoy the wonderful battered fish and chicken, and overindulge in hush puppies. I then usually leave regretting having eaten all that crunchy brown tastiness without even a hint of green and healthy. I return again many months later. This is the Long John Silver's experience. :)
Place was very clean and the service was excellent! Crew member was very nice and service was quick. Overall, great experience here!!
Not happy!!! Srry love long John's silver but today was horrible/ wasn't even the wait that bothered me which was over 14 min 4 cars in front of us!!! Thought no problem the food will be hot and amazing/ nope / dry chicken / wet fish not crispy / Mac @ cheese just cold and Blain/ green beans were great but still cold!!! The money we spent was a waist we live in surprise az. And this location was on power rd. Mesa az. My reviews get alot of views and we should expect nothing but the best in this time and service should be great and quality no shirt cuts period!!!! Very upsetting LONG JOHN SILVERS....
The place is great. Customer service 100% awesome. All the staff are really nice and the food is delicious. I really recommend this place to eat out. They are also cautious with Covid so they do have a Mask mandate rule to dine in which I really respect as well. ??
Food was great but I was in line for over 20 minutes with only two cars in front of me. Two people behind me even left. I only stayed because my dad doesn't ask for much and asked for your food. The people inside didn't seem bothered or rushed, and gave no apologies. Likely will not be going back myself. Dad might ?♀️
