Hands down the Best pizzeria in Arizona. If you want real pizza, this is your place. I'm from Long Island NY, so I know a great pizzeria when I see one. Food is awesome, staff is great, especially the owners. Try it, you won't be disappointed.
Came for a business meeting and am so excited to have found my new favorite Italian restaurant. The food was delicious and can't say enough good things about the owners and staff. The atmosphere felt like being in your family home for dinner. I can't wait to bring my family in and try more dishes along with the desserts!!
If I could give this place a 0 I would. I ordered an 18 inch half sausage and half pepperoni pizza. I could not tell the difference that there was even anything on the pizza because the whole thing was so bland. Hardly any sauce or cheese and I paid 24 dollars for that. Dominos has more flavor than that. Won't be going back and you people are screwing people out of their hard earned money. Also I ordered my pizza and got there in less than 10 minutes and the pizza was ready. Seriously doubt it was cooked from scratch. Never again. I also work for one of the main delivery services and will never pick another order up from there again.
Excellent service! Excellent food! Three of us split the spinach pizza with mozzarella and ricotta (no sauce) and it was amaaazing. Also got a slice of the Nutella cheesecake for dessert. Mmm! Sooo good. Will definitely be coming back. Thanks, La Famiglia, for a wonderful restaurant experience!
I was looking forward to trying LA Famiglia but I'm certain this is, unfortunately, the worst food I've ever had in Phoenix. Upon arrival, the restaurant smelled like a public toilet, not like a restaurant and I should have left at that point! I ordered the Baked Ziti with a meatball, my husband ordered their penne alla vodka sauce, and my dad ordered a calzone. The pasta was the most disgusting pasta I've ever had in my life. I could tell right away this was not fresh made pasta but when I took a bite, my husband and I just looked at each other. Both of out pastas were just awful, and it wasn't just a flavor issue. It all just tasted OLD. I can make a box of pasta and reheat it the next day with no problem but this was like 5 day old pasta that had been through the microwave several times a day up until it arrived on our plates. I felt this churning sensation in my stomach and had to run to the bathroom to puke up the food. We sent my food back and my daughters food back. My dad said his calzone was cold in the middle. But the plates were so hot we couldn't touch them! It was just overall, horrible. I'm still sick as I type this at home. I will never ever ever eat her again or bring my family here.
This used to be my favorite pizza in Phoenix. Needless to say this will my last time. The pizza had absolutely no sauce on it and it tasted so bland I couldn’t eat anymore. If you look at the pictures you can see that some slices have absolutely no sauce. Sad to see the Grandma pizza in this condition considering how good it used to be.
No doubt the best Italian food in the Valley. We've tried them all over 26 years, and we finally found the diamond in the rough. A must visit!!
Great food and service. We had veal parmigiana, Sicilian pizza and manicotti. Recommend and we will be back!
Love, Love, Love La Famiglia. This is family owned and operated. The food is wonderful, and the staff very friendly.
Best calzone!!!! Prices are so reasonable. Steve was a great server, everything was delicious.
