I rated KK best donuts in Scottsdale and this one in Mesa rocks as well. Denise, the manager, who was really cool told me they make the donuts for the Scottsdale store.I got a 12 donut box with glazed raspberry(a favorite), strawberry, chocolate and several other varieties. It was alot of donuts and all delicious.I rank Krispy Kreme best large donut chain in the USA and maybe the world because I still remember really enjoying a classic Krispy Kreme donut in Australia at the Sydney airport after passing passport control on a flight from New Zealand.Congrats.

They used to be better and it is sad that we can't go on anymore and see the donuts being made. After 2 years I was super excited to show my youngest two how donuts are made but was unable to fit their birthday. Still they tasted great even though they weren't hot and I haven't seen the hot now sign on each time I pass it. Maybe it is just bad timing on my part. Hope that the dining area reopens soon.

Love this shop. Perfect beautiful shaped donuts everytime. Not only can you watch them making fresh donuts, you can get them for there or to go. Wish they had Ice Tea as a drink though. The behind the counter people are very efficient and fast so you can really run in and run out.

Very disappointed. I got a free glazed dozen for my birthday and they have a weird taste. The worst glazed donuts I've ever had from krispy kreme.

Nope. No respect for customer's time. Went in for the Wednesday dozen glazed for the price of a gallon of gas deal. It's a scam. They said they were honoring the deal, but they had no glazed donuts. I was advised that it would be an hour. Cool, went to a close by restaurant and had a meal. Came back about 45 minutes later and was told that it would be another hour before they had glazed donuts! They had stacks and stacks of every other type of donut but not glazed. abs no movement on the conveyor. I asked a gentleman who was waiting for the glazed how long he'd been waiting, he said about 45 minutes. I get food costs and managing losses but they were making NO money. Everyone was standing around waiting, including the employees. And we all know it does not take that long to make donuts! It's literally frying dough and giving them a melted sugar bath! It's a scam and they'd be better off opting out of the promotion, rather than providing this negative experience. Oh yeah, they refuse to answer the phone too so you can't even enquire as to availability, despite the fact that nobody is doing anything. They'd probably make money selling promo donuts rather than selling nothing. I left because even if Krispy Kreme doesn't think so, my time is valuable. I'll never go back.

The gallon of gas price Wednesday is not being honored at Superstition Springs. We came at 4:45 pm and they apologized and said to come back in one hour. It is 5:45 and they are saying it will be about an hour before they can accommodate ANYONE. The case is full of donuts and the manager will not come out an address the people waiting. Not that a donut is a big deal. It isn’t, but the lack of respect this manager is showing his staff is the most unacceptable fact. I will be patient and wait, here, and update when this is or isn’t addressed by the manager.

Thank you Krispy Kreme - Superstion Springs, Mesa! My kids are so thrilled to get a doughnut for every ‘A’ on their report card.Awesome way to encourage kids to work hard in school!!

No cash, can’t go inside to pick out donuts and donuts weren’t fresh. Only good part was the lady at the window was very nice.

Love the chocolate glazed!!!! Only wish they had them all of the time.

I love Krispy Kreme but this location has become such a @#$& show. EVERY time I go now, they screw something up. This last time I was charged for three dozen but only received two. I had already been stuck at the drive through for over ten minutes (they couldn't find my pre-order) so I didn't notice their mistake until I got home. The time before that, the donuts I had ordered ELEVEN days prior weren't available (sold out). It was the early morning and I was told to come back at 4pm. Thankfully I had other errands to run since I don't live anywhere near this location. Plus, why should anyone have to return almost seven hours later just to get what they not only already paid but PRE-ORDERED?!Speaking of pre-orders, what's the point if anyone can walk in and they'll be sold the donuts that should have been reserved for you?The time before that, Krispy Kreme had a buy one dozen, get a coupon for a free dozen. Well the employees had no idea how to get the offer so I didn't get any free dozen. They told me to order through the app and I'd get the coupon emailed to me. Needless to say, I didn't get any free doughnuts.Their donuts are of course still great but with a Bosa Donuts opening up near me, I am not sure that Krispy Kreme is worth the drive let alone the CONSTANT screw ups.
