Super yummy! Healthy fast food, that is tasty. Worth the visit and I will definitely be back to try breakfast next time.Clean, neat, comfortable dining area, soft 50s music, gifts to go too.
I ordered the lobster bisque via Uber Eats. Upon arrival it looked fine, but when I tried the soup it was sour and rotten tasting. Clearly the cream/milk used was spoiled. Disgusting and a health/safety issue.
I had a celebration event for my wife catered by the Kneaders on McDowell in Mesa. Olivia the manager was fantastic working with me to select several items from their catering menu. She also contacted me the day before the event letting me know that everything was on track and would be ready for pick up as scheduled. When we picked up the food everything was PERFECT. The food was fresh, presented perfectly on the trays and delicious. We had a variety of sandwiches and pastry’s. The guest loved everything and made several positive comments on how good the food was. A big ?up to Olivia the manager and to Kneaders for a GREAT job. Very happy with the entire service and food.
How this location has a 4 star rating is a mystery!! Not once have they ever gotten a call-in, online or mobile order correct and no matter how many times I review through their app, they still can't get their act together. Today, online & mobile ordering wasn't working so I called to place an order and was put on hold then I was told they can't even take an order over the phone? This location needs to clean house & start with a whole new crew because the current crew clearly can not handle the job.
I can’t recommend this restaurant unfortunately. I placed an order online, and when I arrived about 30 min later (only person in the drive thru), the order was not ready. We waited, sitting in the drive thru, for over 20 minutes before we received our order. During that time, we could clearly here the staff inside goofing off, drumming on the metal counters, and so on. I sort of understood then why the order wasn’t ready when we got there. Once we got our food home, it was not good. Everything was super dry and hard to eat. Prior to this, I had never been to any Kneaders restaurant. This was such a negative experience that I won’t go to any others in the future.
I enjoy eating at Kneaders, the food quality is always fresh, staff is friendly and a clean store. If ever near one don't hesitate.
Really slow. What's the point of ordering ahead if they're not gonna have it ready during your pickup window. The food was ok but overpriced.
Great food but very slow service.. I was trapped in the drive thru behind 4 cars for literally 43 minutes!! Every car takes about 15 mins so beware
Great orange rolls on Friday. Never had a bad meal there. Great service,and staff.
My pregnant wife was craving a chicken soup from Kneaders , so I sped over and arrived to the drive thru 8:54 pm. Once I was in the drive thru, I spent a minute calling for a response from the speaker to which no one responded, so I pulled forward to the window to which 2 employees then pretended that I was not at the window. I spent about 30 seconds waving to get their attention and one employee even made eye contact with me and still did not answer. So I honked my car horn and finally someone rudely flung open the window. She said that they were closed, and I responded saying “ I thought you close at 9.” She then looked at her watch and said that i was in luck. Her manager came and took my order being very passive aggressive and rude as if i had ordered 17 items, when all that I had ordered was a soup. Once again, the posted hours are 7:00 am - 9:00 pm. The staff here are very rude and literally tried to ignore me instead of serving me. I will never come here again.
