Where shall I begin. Ordered 12 piece dinner. The chicken wasn't as ordered. The sides mashed potatoes were old and brownish in color (tossed them out) then there was the corn also old and smelled terrible, (also tossed that out) that brings us to the "SMASHED" biscuits. Feed them to the bird's. Gravy was cold .. and the soda they gave us was flat. So for another $39.00 has been tossed down the commode. SMH I don't understand.. but many places out here we've come to find don't take any pride in their job. Maybe it's the way of the world anymore.
Just went here for dinner. Lobby was closed due to no AC!?! Really its a new building. Had to use drive thru which we hate. We ordered 2 meals with extra sides and was 26$!!! That was the first problem. Then they totally screwed up both orders and neither one of us got what we ordered. Problem #2! Have now been calling for almost an hour and constantly get a busy signal! Is the phone off the hook? Can't complain in person, lobby is closed, can't complain on the phone...so here it is. However they clearly don't look at their reviews either. Won't be back at this location
horrible food I honestly could not eat the chicken and not sure it was cooked thoroghly on the inside.I can only assume the employees hate life or havimg to work, they repeated my order 2x, which was pretty simple,. 4pc chicken tender box with mashed potatoes ...got fries and undercooked rubbery chicken...no.receipt. Don't waste your money
When have been coming to this branch a long time and we enjoy the original one breast meal#15 it's always piping hot and the service is fast..we ❤️ our kfc.

Will not be back! Biscuits were so hard you could use them as a hockey puck! Chicken strips had no flavor and pretty sure they had been sitting under heating lamp for hours. For the price I paid for family meal could have gone to better sit down restaurant. Pretty sad KFC!
Well they do great work here keep the place clean the customer service is great help is well-trained and all I can say is there's plenty of help I don't know where they getting them from because boy it's hard to get good help nowadays and there's a whole crew here that's just awesome keep up the great work that's all I can say
Place is consistently bad. They're out of things like sides, white meat. They wont give you everything in your order. Give you dried out old chicken. This last time the girl at the intercom said they didn't have chicken at 7:30p.m. and someone laughed in the background. Worst fast food service. Avoid at all cost.
As a former KFCer, for one breast and one wing,one extra small biscuit and a half full mashed potatoes with a drink for 10.00 was the first hit, still could not wait to get home and eat this #2 basket of crispy chicken. Well the chicken was so overdone, you needed a steak knife to get thru to get to the whit meat. Which was so overdone. This is a shame.
Currently it is 7:40 pm March 1st, I wasn't able to get the name of the young man who was at the Drive window but I want to give him an exceptional review. Very kind and calm, and professional. I've always had a great experience with the individuals that work at this location and have never had a complaint about the food.
