I usually hate giving bad reviews but I feel my money was wasted and I was so disappointed I can't stay silent. I had tried ordering a pot pie from the closest kfc near me they didn't have any so I went to this location . I'm about 8 month pregnant and I'm hungry I spend over 8 dollars on the pot pie meal. I couldn't wait I had been seeing it all over social media and it was all I wanted I love pot pies. I took the fork and poked the top and it hit nothing the amount of filling in this pot pie didn't even give me 2 spoon fulls of filling I can't believe I wasted my money on this. I don't know if they are made this way from the facility or if a worker was having a bad day and just wanted to ruin someone's day but this was the worst waste of money i have ever spent. Do not order a pot pie if you are hungry . If you are a mouse and only want one bite of food I guess this 8 dollar rip off is for you.
So far my experience has been good, not very busy on weekdays but they'll still have you wait for your food after and it could be a little bit of food and it'll still take about 8-10 minutes so keep that in mind. Chicken was burnt last time I came here but every other experience has been good

Avoid this location I stopped in one day last week ordered a 3 pc combo with 3 drumsticks × 2 sides of mashed potatoes, of course the order was wrong when I got home. I let it go went again 2 days later sane order, get home and it's completely wrong again. So I called the store whoever I spoke with said I could return for correct order, I could not do that I was on my way to work. She said come I could come the next day. I went in the next day, and the GM refused to give me the corrected order, they actually made me pay for it. They were so rude to me as of I was lying or as if I had put them out. I live down the street used to come alot my kids love it, I will never come to this store again, I will drive across town Williams field.
With how things are looking with our economy and the fact that everyone is hiring and trying to keep things moving this KFC location is doing a great job. I was there this weekend and would recommend this KFC over a few others for sure. The staff working the drive thru was fast, friendly and fresh.
This location stops making food way before they close so that way they can get out of there as soon as it hits closing time. Which is beyond rude and as an Uber driver I miss out on a lot of money at night because they do this. It’s concerning that the manger allows this. The reviews reflect the service of this location. HORRIBLE.
I pulled into the drive through and saw signs saying what they were out of. The were out of biscuits, mac and cheese and many sodas. When I asked for a 12 piece chicken strip the guy told me they only have eight. Not sure if this was a one off or if this is a restaurant that is closing soon
Came in to grab a quick bite to eat and the food was great. My order took a bit to come out but the employees told me that my chicken was just dropped into the fryer, so I was more than happy to wait for fresh food. The employees were all happy and helpful. Inside wasn’t very busy but the drive thru picked up a bit and they seemed to handle it well. Great customer service!
I had DoorDashed my food and I was waiting for 2 hours. I was being patient, I don’t mind waiting but the dasher had called me and they told him they didn’t have certain items available which is fine too but the workers there proceeded to be rude to the dasher about how those items weren’t available and started to ignore him and they began to give him attitude when the dasher was trying to do there job for them and please the customer by finding a solution by asking if they could substitute the items but they were giving him a hard time saying that there’s nothing they could do and to leave it up to DoorDash (i was hearing all this over the phone with the dasher), all I was asking for was like a sandwich or 2 fries even tho those items weren’t priced as much as what I ordered but they didn’t want to do anything about it, the workers acted like that substituted item was going to come out their paychecks and were not trying to please the customer at all. Maybe they had a bad day or something but I highly recommend you go to a different location because these people don’t care about their customers, you’d be better off spending your hard earned money at McDonald’s then dealing with the “management” here and their employees as sad as it is to say unfortunately.
