Ill let the photos speak for me because i cant find words to say how DISGUSTING AND GROSS THIS IS!!!! THIS IS A REAL PHOTO FROM A FAMOUS BOWL BOUGHT FROM THIS LOCATION!!! I can only imagine how many roaches infest that location for one to get served!!!???????????????
Drive thru was fast but they messed up on the order so went back and got awesome customer service from sorry if i spell your name wrong... Dolton was polite and speedy on replacing the wrong item with the correct item... Apologized and respectful.. Wish we had more individuals like braddah. Dolton. Keep that customer service smile aloha braddah and KFC crew on dobson. And baseline
Well it was gonna be a 10 minute wait for a chicken sandwich and I was in a hurry which is why I choose fast food lol so I asked if I could just order tenders by the price since I didn’t want a drink or side. The guy told me it would cheaper to just order a combo . So I did not sure why it was cheaper but whatever. So next I ordered a Mountain Dew to go with my combo they were out lol so I went with Pepsi. I got to the window and the guy wasn’t very friendly at all. Definitely don’t reccomend them for fast food or good customer service . Frys we’re thrown in the bag up side down.. guess it’s a good thing I didn’t want them ?
KFC is done for. They have increased their prices and lowered the quality of food. We haven't gone for years and wanted to try it again, it was so gross!! And why did they get rid of the potato wedges??? That was my favorite!! I'm surprised KFC is still open. The staff here were friendly but everything else was disgusting !!! Frys has better fried chicken than KFC and it's cheaper!
I asked for extra crispy and I was given some very soggy gross chicken. After great thought and hunger, I will be returning this chicken tomorrow. I would like my money back.
Everytime I went here in the last 2 months they have been out of a bunch of stuff. I don't know who handles ordering or if the owner is trying to pinch pennies but whoever's doing it needs to get it together. Last night they told me they only had popcorn chicken and drumsticks. I love next to here and love kfc but last night I went to raising cane's instead. I suggest going to a different location if you want more than 2 menu items.
Why this place is never prepared for the dinner rush is surprising. This time they only had 4 legs to sell that were cooked. Of course they said I could wait I could wait 45 min. for more chicken to be made. It's not the first time thou. Try harder people. Quit slacking.
Went to KFC and they said they had only thighs and legs. Asked if it would be OK, and I responded that would be fine if they would add a few extra since it would be as much meat. What I got was just 12 pieces no extra and just a half a bucket of chicken. Missing one gravy and wasn't offered butter or honey. Don't think I'll return there again.
Came here at 9:45 to the drive thru and got an automated voice saying they were closed yet the store was full of employees. If they really are closed the hours should probably be updated. 5 cars pulled up behind us thinking the same thing.
Chicken was burned and tasted like the cooking oil was somewhat rancid. This is far below the KFC standards I have experienced in the past. Order was wrong twice! Won't give money to this location ever again.
