That was the worst KFC I ever ate!!!! Chicken tasted like bad oil and no season. No flavor in gravy. And biscuit was hard and tasted like old lard. Threw it all away! $18 dollars for two combos. I usually like KFC so this was very disappointing.
Food is always fine, when my order is correct. This time the lady at the drive thru window was extremely rude. When I went in to have my order fixed, I watched her be rude to others driving thru. I would have returned after I went home and noticed MORE of my order was missing,but it was hot outside.
I am not sure why it's this KFC but it's grossly incompetent, I paid for some chicken and asked for some macaroni and cheese,well it was ice cold and some how burnt which is amazing in its own self because only gross incompetence can create a ice cold dish that is also somehow overcooked, oh by the way if you show up a hour before closing they tend to have no chicken cooked up, and if you order sauce make sure to check before you leave because they always, always forget to give sauce, once I can understand,but at this point I'm actually expecting them to not put it in the bag, which I'm always right, I not only blame the Employees but also the management as well, only a bad manager would have Bad employees,if I were you reading this I'd move on to another, better KFC than this one.
Terrible! I put an order in online about 7:45 on a Sunday evening. They close at 10 btw. When I got there to pick it up they said they couldn't make it because they were out of chicken for the night. At 8:15?!!! On top of that they can't even refund my money. So now i have to message online to get my money back.. as well as paying more money for dinner else where. Why even stay open if you can't keep chicken??
Did a online order an hour before they closed and when I got there they said they were out of chicken. Hmm a place that is known for selling chicken is out of chicken.. RIDICULOUS. They said I had to cancel the order online for a refund. And when I asked how am I supposed to do that they didn't have an answer. They had already charged my card and they were useless when it came to helping me. ? this place is a JOKE
Nice Mesa location. Fabulous drive thru service. Busy but quick. The gentleman was new n learning. He did marvelous. Only downfall..i didn't get a receipt. But all is good. It was still hot when I got home! Freshness sells!!!Will never ever go back to the one in Scottsdale. They have the worst customer service!! So don't go there. I have yet to go to the Scottsdale location where my food was fresh!
If I could give this place no stars I would the worst ran restaurants ever! Is there even a manager went there after 2 years hoping it would be better. NOPE! got told they were out of popcorn chicken, so we settled for the chicken they had, which was terrible,old chicken! Got up to the window paid ,she handed us our food and shut the wi down, of course we are going to check to see if we got everything, terrible customer service! Nope she didn't give us straws so I look to see where she was and she had disappeared, knocked on the window for what seemed like 5 minutes no one in sight kept honking the horn she finally came to the window and of course she says they a e e out of butter to! Don't go here find another KFC! Don't know how they are still in business!
We tried this KFC in July last year. Sorry to say, nothing has changed. We bought chicken there recently. Chicken was ok, but the biscuits were hard as if they were from the day before. I like their biscuits, but disappointed they were not edible. I’ll try another KFC a little further away next time.
I went once and unfortunately they were VERY understaffed. They ended up having to shut down the dine in area, but the drive thru was available. The wait time was over 20 minutes, and I ended up leaving.Hopefully next time I go things will be better for them.The only reason I'm rating it a two is because of the dine in being shut down. I do prefer to eat in, and unfortunately they just couldn't offer that at the time.
First tried to come in the lobby to place a to-go order, but the lobby was closed. Went thru drive thru to place order, and the order taker/cashier was extremely rude. Cut us off in mid order, and asked up to pull forward to window. We were not finished ordering, so I asked for 2 chicken little sandwiches, and the cashier said “we don’t have any of them today”. We ordered a couple of regular chicken sandwiches in a big box. The two Chicken Sandwich big box meals we ordered is way overpriced, and the sandwiches are not top of the line, and leave a lot to be desired. First, if you dont have enough help to have your dining room open, maybe you should HIRE SOME!! Also, your employees need to be trained on customer service. Also, being out of products is inexcusable. Our order was even packed wrong. We ordered mashed potatoes instead of the fries, and got fries. Totally unacceptable!! It’s complete laziness not to have your dining area open, and a complete failure of the management staff not to have enough employees, or have enough products on hand. This restaurant is a complete failure in all aspects. This location needs to be closed down for good.
