And 52 years old I've lived in this neighborhood for 20 years. I keep trying because I love Kentucky Fried Chicken but this store is horrible don't waste your time
The chicken tasted good. Staff is friendly but not all knowledgeable. My order was messed up. They don't pay attention to the sequence of orders nor on the accuracy of the delivered items. Sad!
Syper clean store with very nice employees. I am annoyed they didn't tell Me there is no white meat (breast/wing) in the 8pc that was on special. If it said it on the sign, it was so small as to be invisible. I worked at KFC years ago and the 8pc was served as 2 of each, breast/wing/leg/thigh. I would have paid extra or gotten something else to get white meat too.
I think this would be the last time I go to Kentucky fried Chicken it was too salty I did get what I want but it was not all the way done I was chewing to meet for almost an hour it was it needed to be a little bit better than what it was and the service the service was lousy he didn't want to listen to us he wanted to give us but he wanted and not what we wanted we don't eat wings and he wants to have wings we said legs and thigh and breast but he wanted to add the wings we were like no don't want them we don't need them I'm not going back I'll go somewhere else to get my chicken next time and hopefully that it wouldn't be too salty if I want that salty I'd go to the ocean that's where you find all the salt.
First of all, the food was very good and hot. Secondly, I believe the young man at the drive thru was very friendly and professional. Thirdly, the woman who is taking orders at the drive thru needs to be trained to the fact the customers have the right to choices off of the menu and not hers. The money that us being spent here pays the salaries of all of the employees. She needs to be trained on proper procedures of taking the customers orders. Not hers. I had to correct her because she was wanting me to accept what she wanted me to have. The reviews on this restaurant are rather scathing. A lot of complaints on the woman at the drive thru taking orders and food quality. Yet, the restaurant us still open. If revenue is off, I can understand why.
Always very lite and fast. Never mess up my orders. Chicken and side always hot! Yum
wanted to get some cole slaw but couldnt order in the lobby they said i could order from the app and walk through the long drive through
My hubby went to get our family dinner about 2wks ago and he went through the drive thru and he paid for the 12pc family meal deal and he was supposed to have received 12pcs of chicken, but when he got home it was a total different story. Just as we began to make plates there was only 9pcs of chicken. So he called up to the store and he spoke to the manager on duty and she was talking civil and then for some strange idea she instantly accused him of being rude and cussin her out but he didn't. She told him before she flipped out he can come back in and get another meal deal at a discounted price but when he went back up there to get the rest of our stuff the same day, she ran to the back of the store and denied him the chance to get our food and he was in the drive thru nd she made other crew members send him away and she basically said he was lying and that never happened..even though she did i heard every word she said. Besides that, everytime he's been there they swear that they don't have anymore chicken but he's seen her serve dozens of other customers their orders and it wasn't just the sides it was chicken. Talk about sad, unprofessional, and a very unstable manager...that's very sad and insane
It was alright! Same as any other chicken fast food place, greasy and salty, the normal. The only strange thing is you always have to wait some time if you order chicken, the wait was only a few minutes but still it's there. Not sure what's going on with that.
