If you are in the mood to feel personally attacked, this is the right place to be!!Ask for a famous bowl with expectation of how their bowls used to be,then before opening it up wipe that look of excitement off your face, and prepare for an emotional sabotage.Once you look down and realize they gave you all the crumbs and the back of the fryer leftovers, you will realize that coming back again and again will not give them the hint to add more consumable chicken. What really happens is they start to hate you, enough they lash your change right in your face, instead of a spoon they give you a knife and to wipe the tears off your face you’ll have to use the bag because they didn’t remotely use their hearts to give you napkins.Do better.
First off, the customer service was non existant. I'm very cognizant of the staffing shortage but the staff was blatantly rude. Not only was the order wrong, it was so cold it was inedible
Took 35 minutes to get our food. Had to go inside to get it because nobody ever brought it out to us. Also, some of the chicken looked like it had been left in the bottom of the fryer too long and was inedible.
Ordered food for my family, we ended up not getting the correct order. It was missing coleslaw and the Mac and cheese for both meals. It happened once before, needless to say I just chucked it up as a loss. But we won't be coming back. Thank you for the nice service though.
Hands down the worst. There good is always hot. That's all the good I have to offer for this restaurant. They have gotten 1 out 4 orders right and they only got that one right because I got a sandwich. I don't get how 3 cars ahead of me left because they said they ran out of chicken then when I pulled up there wasn't a problem getting a 8 piece. Well except they still forgot the gravy
Just had the worst Fried Chicken I've ever had. Coating was coming off and pieces of chicken were stuck together. Meat was terribly dry. Only thing I can think of is they were trying to reheat previously fried chicken by frying second time. I tried to call the store to find out what the problem was. I have retired after 31 years in food service so I know that things can happen. The problem here is they don't answer the phone. It rings for a while and then there is a click and it hangs up. Evidently they don't want to talk to customers and explain any issues.
Went there through the drive thru and there was a printed paper stating there was no crispy chicken. I was disappointed, but I was still going to get some sides at least. Waited at the speaker for a few minutes and then drove forward to the window and there was no one there. This was an hour and a half before closing. Definitely a little frustrating that I wasn’t able to get anything and wasted my time.
I was really disappointed I paid $7.99 for a drumstick that was less than 4 in tall and a sigh mashed potatoes and gravy and a biscuit in the drink. Last week I went to Church's Fried Chicken in Mesa and for the same amount of money I got three pieces of dark meat mashed potatoes and gravy coleslaw and a medium drink. Churches is inconvenient but I will not be going back to Kentucky Fried Chicken again after this experience.
I got here around 6pm. There was about a 6-7 minute wait in the drive-through, the food was warm, but one of the chicken breast was a bit pink inside, so I threw it out. Everything else seemed ok.
I love the original recipe chicken. Service is usually pretty good. However tonight they gave me cole slaw when I ordered corn. :-(
