I've been ordering from this JJ's for a while and it's usually been pretty spot on. I order the same thing every time: a country club with extra tomato, and a bootlegger club with extra turkey and light lettuce / extra mayo. I've always thought the extra turkey was a bit of a rip off as it never seems to be worth an extra 4 bucks or whatever it is, but I order it anyways. Today, they sent me two sandwiches, one was correct - the country club. The other one had provolone on it somehow, and had what looked like 4 slices of meat on the whole sandwich. Almost insultingly, they mislabeled the sandwiches, so I got to have fun trying to figure that one out before I even realized they botched the bootlegger. So I call the store to complain, and a very understanding and patient manager tells me that there's a new employee that is making some mistakes and she will fix the order and send it out in an hour when the driver is available. An hour passes, and this ends up on my doorstep. Two shreds of lettuce (they take "light" VERY seriously apparently), and two sad tomatoes in a sea of mayonnaise.I expected, perhaps foolishly, that after explaining to a customer that there are some problems going on and it would be fixed, the manager might have checked the work of the team members to be absolutely sure the sandwich was correct before sending it out again. I apparently expect too much. I want so much to be done with this store. Tell me manager or owner, is this how you operate your business?
We absolutely love Jimmy John’s! They deliver and are always speedy fast. They always get my order right to and will fix anything if it’s wrong. They are the best
First, I had to wait one hour for my delivery less than a block away. Second, I ordered a roast beef sandwich with mayo and mustard. I literally got one piece of the end of a roast beef for the entire foot long. Then, they added one spoonful of mustard. That was it. For $13.00 that I paid, I highly encourage you to go somewhere else.
Got my order wrong after 7 times. They were out of the normal bread and only had little john bread. After I drove away from the drive thru, I realized my order was wrong again and I had tomatoes on my sandwich when I asked for no tomatoes as I'm highly allergic to them and already took a bite. Just ended up getting a refund. One of the employees got into my face when I was complaining about my order and wanted to fight me before his coworkers stopped him. I will never go back to this location again.
We’ve tried this jimmy johns 3 times and it’s been a joke every time. Today they were out of white bread at 11:30am on Saturday. Staff has been rude each time, they’ve forgotten things and over charged us the others. We will find another location from here out.
Very poor service by the young lady, she walked away while Im ordering my food. Been to this location many times never have Ive been so disappointed.
I normally like Jimmy John's but I went there tonight and they had such filthy crude music playing with explicit vulgarities. I know Jimmy John's as a company likes the shock Factor but that was off-putting.
It was ok, the facilitie was pretty clean however the service and food weren't good. The sandwiches went the best and looked very slopy, I had to go back to ask for lettuce tomato and pickles on my sandwich because they forgot to put them on. Not a very good experience :(
Employees have an attitude and need a check. The guy at the cash register was good but everyone else seemed they had an issue with talking or helping people .
Expensive and rude staff. Hard for them to hear an order while we wear masks but they were friendlier after a short aggressive spout off :/Edit: they were aggressive to me and overcharged me by 6 bucks (and lied about it when I brought it up). I called customer service who notified the franchise owner and store owner and no one has done anything to help me. So I paid 46 bucks for 3 meals. Buyers beware.
