I used to go to this location a lot but stopped going about 6 months ago because they were being so stingy with their subs. Went back today and it’s still the same. Other locations I’ve been to are nothing like this but apparently this seems to be their MO here. Lettuce sprinkled on like it’s a spice.
I don't understand the bunch of poor reviews. I have regularly ordered carry out from the Signal Butte/Baseline store since it opened. My orders have all been perfect, the ingredients fresh and very tasty subs. Ready on time, always. Their cool rewards program has given me several free subs. I like free!
I don't recommend this place. First they confirmed my order as ready to pick up, I get there and was missing a sandwich because they didn't have any beef. I have to wait forever to get it replaced with chicken. Come home and the sandwiches didn't taste like anything. No flavor at all. Is like they didn't use any condiments. I will not be back.

I've been to this location several times and it's the definition of medicrity the staff is sloppy when making sandwiches. If your sandwich contains bacon don't forget to mention it they like to short the bacon on many occasions. Also watch out because some staff handles cash and then touches your bare food.In the ends it's still a jersey Mike's but it's a far cry from the location I use to go to and the great staff that was their before they left.
It took 35 minutes to get my order and they handed me the wrong sandwich. I would not recommend this place of service
The staff here is absolutely INCREDIBLE! There was a crazy ‘Karen’ there this afternoon and the staff was so accommodating to her and even gave her a free box of sandwiches and she was just mad becuase she was going to be late to some “meeting”. Listen, if you are mad at people who make your subs, you got a whole other set of issues you need to address in therapy. We are all experiencing hard times right now, but the staff here are absolutely incredible and deserve praises and raises. Thank you for being a neighborhood gem and we will always and only go to this location. Thank you!!!!
