These guys are idiots and drama queens. Worst staff ever. As you can see in the picture the order that I had been waiting for over 10 minutes was in the guys hand but wanted me to pull around and he was tell me that the order that they just spent over 10 minutes preparing wasn’t my order.
I am so glad Joey doesn’t work here anymore!! The new manager is very polite and professional. They had forgotten some food but when we came back to get it they had NO PROBLEM re making the order. Thank you sooo much!!!! Thank you so much. Also it was the manager working today Monday June 13th at around 2:00 am. The guy with longish hair. (Sorry for assuming the gender ) P.S I am so glad Joey doesn’t work here anymore !!!
I love going to this location. They are always friendly and helpful. I've gone to other locations that don't have good service so I appreciate the attentiveness.
Go here at least once a week for breakfast on my way to work the staff are very friendly. I never really wait long for my food! To me they has excellent mocha ice coffee!
This Jack in the Box always has a long line of cars that sometimes extends almost to the street. The parking lot is very small and the drive-thru is very tight too. However, if you avoid their peak hours around dinner, you should be good. I went late afternoon and was the only car.The food was decent and hot and cheesy and yummy, but it wasn't the menu option I wanted. I just wish they let me know beforehand that they were out and replaced my item with something else.
I ordered Jack n box app delivery for the first time paid $29.50 + a $3 tip. for 2 Supreme cresonts and 2 milk shakes. My food arrived from a mile down the street with no shakes and was still charged. And it's almost impossible for to figure out who to contact for a refund. Why isn't this done automatically or my shakes ordered from the jack n the box the mile the other direction. So disappointed Jack!
The crew from Christopher Metcalfe Creations loves Jack In The Box. The staff is fantastic especially the clean up guy he watches out for everyone keeping your stay safe. Thank you to the managers for having great people.
This is our go-to spot for jack in the box, my kids love the chicken nuggets. I usually get the double jumbo jack or ultimate cheeseburger and they never disappoint. You also can't go to jack and not get their delicious tacos. The nacho tacos that they have are incredible. The eggrolls are the bomb as well with that sweet and sour sauce.
This jack in the box is the best around. Shake machine is open all night long . The customer service is amazing here. The wait time is usually at a minimum of 3 to 5 minutes. The employees go above and beyond expectations. I highly recommend this jack in the box over any other jack in the box. Also they accept food stamps if you have the hot food program. Thank you jack in the box for being the best jack in the box... jack in the box is the way to go.
The first time we went we ordered the new Double Bacon Melt Combo,2 Tacos, and a Chicken Sandwich!! The Patty Melt was supposed to be made as follows, no Bacon, w/extra grilled onions, no salt on the fries and a unsweetened tea!! So when we got home and started to eat, the fries were loaded with salt, the tacos were soggy and worst of all was the Patty Melt, first off it was a single, not a double, next there were no onions on it at all!! So needless to say we had to go back to the Jack In The Box to get our correct order!! When we got there, the manager was very helpful and immediately had them remake the combo correctly, and she kept asking through out all the steps to make sure it was correct!! We did end up getting 2 shakes and some donut bites while we were waiting!!
