Gwen is the shining gem of this location. We will keep coming back just to see her. She is always so nice, makes sure to get our order correct and has a wonderful presence. I hope you have a wonderful day Gwen!
The staff there was super nice. They told us there would be a delay and apologized. After a while, they gave us our food and put in a cheesecake free of charge!
“Nobody wants to work anymore “ nobody wants to facilitate it ?Take down your “hiring sign “ if you’re going to weasel out of paying your employees and retaliate against them when they call you out about it .We’ll I started working there on the 16th and the manager who hired me and my roommmate refused to pay us for our labor . I noticed that maybe they needed some help there and I wanted and needed a second job and wanted to make some extra cash . They ended up not training us and sending us home to do onboarding training which requires you to be in the building while learning and got mad at us when we demanded to be paid for our labor in regards to it and eventually retaliated by taking us off the schedule to everyone reading this and to everyone working there currently it’s illegal in Arizona to not pay for training or for anytime you’re supposed to be clocked in . I quit today because they’re retaliating against me for talking to the regional manager and an attorney . This place is ridiculous and needs to be sued if it happened to me and my roommate it’s happening to other people as well .
The restaurant was clean. The front counter area was not cluttered and was wiped down when we arrived. The employee was helpful with making suggestions. The food was hot and delicious. It is a good place too eat where you can easily get full
My friend and I stopped for a quick bite. He ordered a taco meal (not on the menu) and I ordered 3 egg rolls. I wish they still offered soy sauce for the egg rolls and chicken teriyaki bowls, they're just not the same without it.
The food was good customer service was good it just we had to wait a little too long for the food that's it but other than that it was all good
Dude all I wanted was a cold shake. What I got was a melted shake with a horrific after-taste. Dumped the whole thing after a sip... waste of 6 bucks.
I wish this crew was working at my local JITB on 32nd st/Thomas because the food was soooo good. We were shocked how different the two restaurant tasted.I was in the area at a doctor appointment and ended up at this place.
Sorry - normally we love our jb tacos - but these tasted like yesterday's warmed up. We barely ate 1.5 each & tossed the rest
