I love Jack in the Box and my local does get it wrong once in a while (been going here for 15 yrs). But so do other fast food restaurants. But I appreciate it when they make it right as it is an inconvenience at times. Especially when you are craving something particular (#13 Grilled Chicken Sandwish-amazing!!!) and get something else. I will be better about checking my receipt & order before driving off. There is a gal there that I want to say kudo's to and has been there for some time that is always really thorough, great and polite. I will continue to support my local Jack in the Box.
The year was 2011. I was a fresh graduate right out of Dobson high school, attending a few part time classes at MCC. I would finish up around noon and walk to this Jack in a Box across the street and order the number 7, the ultimate cheese burger with a side of curly fries. I did this for 2 weeks straight. I woke up at 3am. Beads of sweat running down my face. My bed drenched in sweat. I hadn't had a bowel movement since I started eating those delicious number 7's. I rush to the bathroom. My insides twisted and turned. I thought I had the scarlet rot. I screamed as I evacuated myself. 2 weeks of ultimate cheeseburgers clashed and exploded inside the porcelain battleground. It gave WW1 artillery shelling a run for its money. I haven't had Jack in the Box since. Jack scares me. I see the commercials and I have flash backs. But I thank Jack. He left me with a memory I will never forget. A warning. A tale of caution.
They wouldn't mix the chocolate and the strawberry shake in order for me to have a chocolate strawberry shake a little frustrated but it's whatever I guess other Jack in the boxes will have to do instead
I usually do not leave review for any fast food restaurant. A less than 5 mins experience often not reflecting much as we already knew how consistence the food will be made from the supply chain store like Jack in the Box, but I was wrong. I stop by this location I was unexcepted to get such a great customer service from the staff (ALi) especially from late night shift, he was very polite, well trained and very efficient to get my order prepared. This guy deserves a raise.
Got the popcorn chicken box. Chicken was fried too hard and fries were cold and we were only 3 minutes from the restaurant and our fries were cold by the time we ate them ? ? ?
First , let me state that I am a long time customer and fan of ,"Jack in the Box", I worked at a Jack in the Box , through high school. I have had 2 memorable experiences , not necessarily bad but not real good, neither took place at this franchise. So to wrap this up, here is the review part, like most , food is always freshly prepared, hot , delicious. Service varies from place to place, but typically respectful and appreciative. In my opinion Most Jack's, are like this, can't lose with them and always feel at home.
There were three of us and we all placed orders that included chicken sandwiches, we customize the chicken sandwiches with mustard and pickles. They weren't added, and of course we didn't know until we got home. We also requested silverware for some of our sides and there was none. Since we were staying at a motel it was difficult to eat without a fork??. But on a positive note the employees were amazing, so kind oh, I wish we would have caught it because I'm sure they would have fixed it.
They were okay. The fries were old. The patty melt was really good. Even though they were short staffed but very friendly. I would give them another shot.
Drive thru worker is very rude, didn't have either of the orders ready upon arrival. Had to sit in a long line to get 1 order second order had to drive around to another large line. Not ok with doing delivery driver services to be treated with such disrespect
Once I was acknowledged, I tried to order a side salad. The women with a very thick accent said- WAIT, I'm not taking your order I am busy! Oh, OK and I waited. She comes back and says what do you want. A side salad, she says we are out. Oh, then do you have any salads? She says club. That's what I purchased, and I left. I'm a Paramedic, and I was at work; by the time I opened the salad, maybe 20 min I was shocked at what I paid $8 + for. Slime on the cucumbers, like they were transparent. The greens were brown; the bacon was rancid. I had to throw it out.UPDATE: I did reply to the link. Explained in detail what happened. I was told they would send me a coupon for my trouble. Better than nothing I guess ... that was 2 weeks ago ... havent heard a thing since.
