Clean fast food restaurant. Staff was very nice. They have the best biscuits I've had for awhile.
HORRIBLE JOB ! I ordered rooster fries and never got a call back. I opened the box and all that’s left in the box was fries no sauce nothing just plain fries. They are advertising this and can’t get it right then I call the restaurant a couple of times and no answer at all I called while my daughter went inside and they just hear the phone ringing but do not respond
One burger cost $8. Thank goodness for the jumbo jack! It was half the price and was actually hot, juicy and fresh this time!
This Jack in the box, sucks, old tacos, soggy old fries, and I ordered the popcorn chicken and literally they didn't give me but 7 pieces for 5 bucks, the lobby is always closed looks like been closed for months from reviews, and the phone number doesn't work everytime I try and call the phone hangs up on there end. Just wanted to warn others before they go.(DOUBLE CHECK YOUR FOOD!!!)
Food was as to be expected. But lobby was "closed for maintenance ". Both doors locked. Had to use the drive through to order. Saw others walk up the door and try to get in as well. Interestingly, there was a guy sitting inside eating, hanging out enjoying the nice peacefully lobby...
The waiters helped in a sweet manner, the cooking was very good.
While Jack usually takes a bit longer than most Fast food...this location is and always has been the sloooooooowest.
I always liked ordering here. But missing an item from an order. Also ordered 2 meals with drinks but was only given 1. Wasn’t given a receipt. The guy at the window held onto my credit card, I get that he was trying to wait to give my card back with the drink at the same time but it made me uncomfortable.Tried putting in my complaint on the website and the option to be contacted will not work. My own name, email address and phone number are invalid options?
Worst Jack in the Box that I've ever been to! I said I was willing to wait up to 10 minutes to get my food fresh out of the fryer and from the grill and instead got soggy tacos that were barely warm and a burger that had clearly been sitting for a long time. I will never return to this location again the customer service is awful, the food they serve is old, and I got a piece of plastic in the last order of tacos I got. I hope this location goes out of business so no one has to suffer the same thing I did.
