My only complaint is that the manager should be monitoring homeless there. I walked in bathroom. There was a homeless lady in there so messed up she couldn't stand. Swayed back and forth front to back side to side I just wanted out of there before I had to render aid. Sorry but there were about 4 guys hanging around too. I understand there issues also, they weren't causing any problems. I just wish the city would do more for them. Food was really good
Apparently this jack in the box has a giant problem with counting. That or an ultimate cheese burger no longer comes with two patties on it.
We're Jack frequent flyers. This last visit was our best one in years, because of the two gentleman working.They were busy and understaffed. This made no difference because they performed like pris. Their attitudes made our night.Thank you.
The 2 dudes that worked there last night were seriously the nicest people ive ever mey at a fast food place, so respectful and so nice. It actually shocked me. Wish i got their namea to shout them out.

My daughters and I waited at the counter to order for at least 10 minutes. While not one employee even said hello to us. Then when we received our food the fries were cold. We had to wait an additional 5 minutes to get our shakes. While we we're earring the guy working the drive thru was eating and swearing. None of the tables in the lobby were clean. We had to wash the table in order to eat at the table. Overall this was not a good meal.
We came around the late afternoon and stayed until the early evening. They have power supply in the tables as well as private restrooms and a very friendly staff. Carlos the cashier was friendly and attentive. Best Box around.
I had just told them they was doing great. Got to work to enjoy my Breakfast Jack, and I went for my second bite and found this mold spot. I checked the rest of the sandwich and everything thing was okay. So I removed the moldy area and finished off my sandwich. I tried to call the restaurant but there was no answer and the voicemail was full. I hope no one else was served a moldy sandwich.
The food was good but the customer service from the lady in drive thru was rude. She didn't hand me all the sauces i asked for and tried rushing us.
Late night my lady and i that i will call Trish was super hungry she said let go to Jack in a Crack so we get some egg rolls 2 order when we get to the window no sweet and sour sauce after we payed for it. It was hot and fresh I give them that but come on it goes to together. That why they get a 1 star.
