I had to go through the drive thru 2 times and waited over an hour because I had stuff missing from my order. I don’t mind waiting I understand nights are busy but at least make my order correctly if you are making me wait a half hour…I tried going to the lobby to have them fix my order quicker instead of waiting another half hour in the drive thru but the lady ignored me and shook her head. I understand they have lobby close past 8pm but not it’s not fair when the problem was the workers. My advice is to check your bags before pulling away, no matter how much of a Karen you may look lol. Workers were also very moody when I told them about my missing items, maybe they should do their job right the first time to avoid problems.
I love this place the food is really good and the cooks are fast, love the service I will be coming back soon.
Every morning between 4:30 am and 5:00 am when I go to order a shake and the guys are working they say the “machine is broken” “the machine is being serviced” why are they there if they don’t want to work and make up lies. When the girls are working I have no problem getting my shake.
This is one of the oldest Jack in the boxes in Mesa just off Mesa Dr. and Southern. The food is Always good and the service never disappoints. Great Job!!!
The place is always busy and sometimes they make you wait before the window just so they could kill their times. Very annoying, sometimes its just not worth coming here.
Was there a month ago at night and there is no one in the Drive-Thru but me and me and my nieces food was cold and gross. But the last two nights I've been going there and the ladies at work there are amazing friendly and the food was hot to eat when I got home.
Great customer service, a bit slow since there short staffed ,yet some people don't understand that, i once saw a lady get down from her car and yell at a new employee bc they forgot their beverage ?
Just got this Cheeseburger without cheese except for you know the small corner yay. Pathetic!
Tacos were good, but the Butter Bacon Swiss I had was cold and dry. Positive was the service was friendly.
This fast food place is open 24 hours. It's normally quick service and hot food.
