It's Jack in the Box. They change prices without updating the menu so check your receipts if you've eaten there recently. We had to challenge and had a struggle getting them to honor menu pricing. Finally, they honored when I told them of menu pictures I had, receipts I was charged, and people I'd talked to. I told them I'll be disputing the entire thing, getting the whole meal free if they didn't make it right by honoring menu pricing. They repayed the delta, but be sure to check.
They made us wait 30 minutes for our order. Probably longer to be honest. But I wasn't upset because I can understand that things can get out of hand. But then they proceeded to tell us that the shakes we wanted were not going to be available because the machine wasn't working. I doubt that. This isn't mcdonalds. And then they asked if we wanted to replace the shakes with anything else like "churros" . .. i said no, because the shakes were $5 each and I got two. So i asked for a refund. Thennnnn........... they said okay .... and they took the card,, and didn't give us a receipt for the refund. When I got home, I wasn't even hungry anymore. Just overall dissatisfied with the entire experience. I wish the workers could have been a bit more honest with what was going on.The order was $40.... and they got two of the meals completely wrong on top of it.
The food was extremely fresh and the gentleman who ran the speaker and window was very friendly.Haven't been here in a while but will be more often.
They have great food even at 11 at night.
For a change I ate inside. Don't know why I don't do that more often. Staff was very pleasant. It took less time than waiting in the drive thru lane outside. Inside was very clean, even the restroom was clean. Keep up the great work gang. I'll be back.

Ordered food for family of 4. It was right before 9pm so paid full price for munchie meals. Rules are rules I guess. I got home 30 min later and they forget my added jalapeno poppers. Called them and drove back and also ordered a iced coffee. If u screw up a order and they waste 10$ in gas... Compensate with the 3$ coffee... Or at least say sorry. I can tell your a tad bit slow but these are basic rules that should apply to all fast food people in the work force. Don't screw over people cause ur doing dumb stuff.
Why leave the sweet and sour sauce ????You can give 1 at least ? specially when ordering the egg rolls ?unbelievable ?
Went for breakfast not real busy ordered a couple of breakfast croissants and a burrito combo meal. Hash browns we're horrible saturated with grease after two bites I realized it was inedible.
Fast service, food was as expected, nothing to write home about.
