Not the cleanest drive through. Food was good and workers nice. Have a $2 cupon for shake. Great Deal! They gave me no problems
We ordered like we were baked like a baked alaska.. the munchies box is amazing. Well worth 15 bucks. The crew cooked our order great with minimal wait. Very courteous and prompt.
Asked for ICED coffee, got hot. Asked for NO tomatoes it even showed that when ordering, you can see in the pic that 50% of my order was all tomatoes. Also asked for ranch, didn't get any of that... I feel like it takes effort or total incompetence to mess up an entire order.
Prompt service, employee was clear and easy to follow from the drive thru PA system. The food was made correct and the place looked clean.
Always always always even if no one was before you do you have a long inconvenient wait time and for someone who's there picking up orders for door dash or Uber time is money and it really affects my tip rate and patience .not to mention the walk ups they put as priority over those in the car. Ridiculous.
If I could give negative stars I would!! Absolutely the worst Jack N The Box food we've ever had!! There's actually mold mold on my hamburger bun and tacos so greasy it looked through the bags! It's not bad enough it costs $30.00 for 2 adults and 1 children to eat but then you get food you can't eat. When I tried calling to complain, they either don't answer or they pick up and hang up without saying a word! To bad I can't post the pictures on here but fir sure I will in FB!
Service was fast and friendly. It always helps when the associate working the drive through window is attractive and flirty :-P as well as productive and friendly. :-)
Horrible experience! I placed an order online. After an hour and 20 minutes I get a call from my Uber delivery driver stating he left my food in the bushes of some random house because I didn't leave him a building number. I didn't leave a building number because I don't have one! I am giving this store such a low rating because it is impossible to get a hold of them. They don't answer their phone and I just want a refund. Uber will not help me because it's the store's order.
The older overnight guy has absolutely no clue what the words customer service even means ....I was there for a DoorDash order and acted like it was for me and wanted to argue about an order I was there only to pick up and drop off and not waste time I only had a name for the order and he wanted to argue about the order number wen I told him what the name was and what was on the order and I guess he couldnt put 2&2 together ...
