Ordered a full meal through the drive through they asked at the box what to drink gave me a total. Needed to retake my order at the window and then only gave me the burger and said that's all I asked for. Then asked for my money back whoever gave me the money back was extremely rude and had a colorfully vocabulary. In the words or the shift lead I don't need your $#>/
So angry...Girl at counter was extremely rude. I ordered breakfast jack,hash brown and juice. She charged me almost $9.00 when I said its only $7.00 if she would have rang up a combo. She said very rudely there was nothing she could do. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Be careful here. Ordered breakfast and when I drove to the window the guy looked baked out of his mind. He asked me for my card, ran it and gave it back. Then another guy asked for my card a second time saying the first guy didn't do anything. It was believable because of the first guy was so high. Later that afternoon I checked bank records and sure enough there were 2 charges back to back. Got taken for $25.00 extra. Called and they remembered my order from 12 hours earlier and said to come back in. I will. Petty scam, but popo has been tipped off too. Calling corporate tomorrow.
My girlfriend and I door dashed from this location a couple of days late (10pm and 12am) to our nearby hotel during our stay in Mesa. The first time they didn't give us the drinks we ordered because "the drink machine is broken and they have no drinks at all"The second night we ordered a milkshake and some fries with avocado dipping sauce, and they said "the milkshake machine doesn't work we don't have milkshakes." We asked if we could have a second fry instead of the shake but they said we'd have to cancel our order and place a new one (instead of just giving us the fries), so we said no thanks. Food showed up and the avocado dipping sauce was missing.Our door dash drivers were awesome and sympathetic, this jack-in-the-box late night crew has me thinking they're a hack-in-the-box. Get it together night shift.
Got my usual stuff. YUMMY! They were open while the one 2 blocks from my house was not. Thanks for rescuing me from my hunger!!!
First time eating here. The Egg Rolls are so good. Had a cheese burger and it was fine.
I would give it 5 stars, but I've noticed they're changing some of their popular items for less expensive ingredients and you can totally tell. Biggest is the chicken strips. Used to be the best hands down (my opinion of course), but now they're mediocre at best. This is more of a Jack in the Box thing as a whole rather than just this store, but it still impacts the experience.
Still love their breakfast sandwiches at anytime!!! Not everyone is on the same schedule, and sometimes breakfast for dinner is awesome.
Right off the plane & to the drive thru we went. Couldn't tell it was after mid night. Food was hot & fresh & the guy at the window was friendly & efficient. Ordered 5 meals & still he was polite & friendly. Thanks Jack in the Box dude, workers like you deserve a pat on the back!!!
This location doesn’t like to operate late night apparently. Four trips as follows: I have gone and they shut the drive thru down to power wash when every other place power washes in the middle of the day while busy with cars. I have gone another time and they claimed they had to reboot the computers and it would take a hour to get up and running and on two occasions I have pulled up to order and they say it’ll be 15-20 mins before they can take my order. You need new night shift people because these current ones don’t want to work.
